PMC blending reacting boiler is mainly suitable for prepatation of liquid detergents, ( such as cleanser wssence , shamppo and shower cream etc.) Integtating, blending,dispersing ,heating and cooling etc. Function,the reacting machineis an ideal device for liquid preparation in various factories. High speed disperser can powerfully mix and disperse viscous solid and liquid materials ,and rapidly dissove many indissoluble material such as AES,AESA and LSA during the production of liquid washing products,and thus,saving energy consumption and shortening production period. The main blending adopts stepless speed varination device,which can reduce the formation of bubbles when the teperature is low and the viscosity is high. The gear pump circulating discharging device can accelerate the forming of products and realize rapid dicharging.

It is suitable for filling products of various viscosity such as water injection shampoo,lotion,liuid soap,and ointment etc. It is applied in such industries as daily chemical industry, pharmacy, food and pesticide etc. The semiautomatic piston type filling machine(full-pneumatic) is a new generation product developed on the basis of the original electric combined machines. It adopts pneumatic components to replace the electric control circuit. Therefore, it is especially suitable for use in damp conditions or conditions with explosion-proof requirements. The parts of our LM series products that contact materials are all made of imported 316L stainless steel and are machined through CNC machine tools with the surface roughness lower than 0.8. The full-pneumatic filling machine can be classified into elaborate type (T type) product and ordinary type (P type) product. The elaborate type adopts Germany FESTO pneumatic components. The imported components of excellent quality has ensured its absolute leading position among other same machines in the country. The ordinary type selects pneumatic components from Taiwan or Korea. LRO Reverse Osmosis Water Purifier firstly produced by Lianhe Company for such industries ascosmetics, pharmacy, food and electronics has been deeply favored by users for its stable water quality and simple operation.
