Instruct/Guides the participants in going to their respective group numbers. There will be assigned 1 facilitator for each group. The facilitator divides the participants (80 pax) into 10 and appoints 1 sub group leader for each in whom he/she will instruct the flow of the small group sharing. Prepares the placards so that the participants will be guided to their respective groups. Small group sharing guide will Page 3 of 7

ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN be provided for the sub-group leaders to be given by the Facilitators Worksheets will be provided for the participants so that they will write their personal reflection based on the theme/inputs given by the speaker. After writing, small group sharing will follow to be facilitated by the sub-group leaders. The facilitator will supervise the sub groups if the sharing is being done extensively.

Instruct the participants to go to their respective vicariate. Schools and other orgs are being grouped according to their assigned vicariate Each group will be given a worksheet so that they will be guided in this activity Opening prayer is being done by the VYC asking the presence of the Holy Spirit. Metacards will be given to each participant. They will going to write their personal issues/ problems/ challenges that they are facing as a youth of today. Maybe in their respective homes, schools, community and even parish/vicariate. After writing the specific issues/concerns, the facilitator and VYD will gather all the Page 5 of 7

ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN metacards and lead the group by deciding what is common/most timely/most urgent concern/issue/challenge among the written work. They will decide the most common issue that they need to address. They will explain their specific issue through a poster, catchy slogan, banner or many more. After making their output, the group will hold hands together and pray deeply as a group asking God to stand firm in faith, do all their work in LOVE! All creative outputs will be presented infront of the stage. VYC will assign 1 reporter and 1 will take charge in holding the output. All assigned reporters and their assistants will be in the stage already. The reporter of each group will explain briefly their most pressing issue/problem as a youth through their creative work. After that, they will shout, STAND FIRM IN FAITH, _(name of vicariate)_!! The assigned vicariate will do the same also by shouting the words, YES, WE WILL DO OUR WORK IN LOVE!! ACTIONS TO BE TAKEN be followed. Emphasis more on commissions iprograms that will help them standing firm in faith, doing their work in LOVE. Making the AVP on COY will be under Publicity team. The announcement of winners will be announced by: Pam PYM Awards Haze Canvass Making Drum roll effect must be done Ready AVP clips must be presented to the Logistics team Prepare the songs etc. Ready made CD to be used will take charge by the logistics team Instruct the participants to make four quadrants. The Diocesan Youth Cross will be at the center aisle Prepares the stage decoration in a prayerful atmosphere. All participants are requested to refrain from texting, chatting, talking, buying and disposed themselves in prayer.
