1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Original Job Sheet is issued as a receipt for the product. (Indoor only) Original Job Sheet to be produced at the time of collecting equipments. No deliveries will be made if it is lost or misplaced by the customer.(Indoor Only) Accessories are accepted under customers own risk and Service Centre is not responsible for any accessories not recorded on the job sheet. Service Centre does not assume any responsibility in storing the packing boxes and packing materials.(Indoor Only) While every effort will be made to take proper care of the equipment, the Service Centre assumes no responsibility for loss or damages resulting from force majeure, fire, water, lightening, riots, war, acts of god and any events beyond its control.(Indoor only) The product should be collected within 15 days from the date of intimation on production of this receipt, other wise a demurrage charge of Rs.50 per day will be levied subject to maximum of 180 days after which the company shall dispose the product and recover the costs incurred on it.(Indoor only) For Under warranty repairs, warranty card and purchase invoice to be produced at the time of visit to customer place or delivery of the products from Service Centre. Products will be repaired strictly on cash payment / DD unless otherwise agreed upon. Estimate given only when the charges exceed Rs.3500/-.At the time of acceptance of the product for repairs are provisional and may vary during detailed inspection. If customer requires final charges to be approved by him then he has to call and take estimate over phone and issue approval to proceed with repairs. Then only the product will be taken for Service. In the event of final estimation not approved by the customer with in seven days, then product will be returned without repair in AS IS condition and service center will not be responsible for any further repairs. In such cases, estimation charges will be collected from the Customer. Products received without valid international warranty card and proof of purchase, will be charged accordingly. Defective parts are usually destroyed, however the same may be returned only if special request by customer in form of a request letter. Service Centre reserves the right to reject the tampered, waterlogged, liquid damaged products brought by the Customer as a result of repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel. Out of warranty product is guaranteed for labour charges for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery only for the same defect irrespective of whether customer used the product or not. This guarantee is void when the product has been opened by any third party. There is no guarantee for spares replaced to the product. While every effort will be made to provide estimate/repair of the product within reasonable period, the Service Centre does not assume responsibility for consequential damages due to delay in estimate/repairs on account of non availability of spares or mishandling or contrary to the operating instruction mentioned in the user manual supplied along with the product. Service Center is not liable for any memory setting and data loss during the repair. If the Lamp Assembly of the projector or the TFT Panel of the LCD TV or the Plasma TV panel fails during repair/ testing due to electronic circuitry failure, then the spare part shall be replaced on chargeable basis and on receipt of written approval / purchase order from the customer. Product Dead (Not powering on ) condition and subsequent to replacement of spare parts if any defects are noticed which are related to Image performance (Ghosting ,single Colour Image ,Image shift or No Image ), then estimate will be given for such problem and repair will be carried out on receipt of written approval /purchase order from the customer. In the event of any dispute arising out of these terms and conditions, the same shall be submitted to arbitrator appointed by the company; the decision of such arbitrator will be final binding both the parties. The venue of such arbitration proceeding shall be at the place of Service Center location
