Candidates with M.E./M.Tech.inrelevantfieldwillbepreferred. Other qualifications being comparable, a candidate with better experience will be given preference. Job description: Maintenance of various computing systems in the Department of Computer Science and Engg. This includes service such as NFS, DNS, SMTP, LDAP, computeservers,networkswitches/routers,etc.as well as installation and maintenance of a few hundredsoflinuxbaseddesktopmachines.The work also involves managing a team of about 812 parttime M.Tech. TheInstituteshallverifytheantecedentsordocumentssubmittedbyacandidateatanytimeatthetime ofappointmentorduringthetenureoftheservice.Incase,itisdetectedthatthedocumentssubmittedby thecandidatesarefakeorthecandidatehasaclandestineantecedents/backgroundandhassuppressedthe saidinformation,thenhis/herservicesshallbeterminated. 17.
