SUBJECT AND VERB AGREEMENT Subject and verb agreement is suitability between a subject in the sentence and a verb

in the sentence. If the subject is singular, the verb must be singular too. And if the subject is plural, the verb must be plural too. But there are some exception for it. There are some words that these following words are used as subject in the sentence, it means that the sentence has a singular subject, so the verb must be singular too. Those words are : everyone everybody everything someone somebody something anyone anybody anything no one nobody nothing each either neither
