- JKs goal is to create a collection that creates loyalty and builds year after year. - Club JK will feature an annual themed collection of charms. - The theme for the Club JK 2012 Annual Collection: Love and Beauty. - The average retail value of each Club JK charm is $40+.

JK will allow new Club JK members to retro-purchase annual collection charms they may have missed.
To maintain the exclusive value, JK will not resell Club JK items any other time!

JK will provide special marketing to Club JK members.

Your goal as a JK Stylist:

Use December to pre-enroll your JK customers for Club JK. Process your new Club JK Members January 1 January 10, 11:59 pm ET.

What about the JK Party? The JK Party is the FOUNDATION of your business.

In Party Plan, 90% of your business you never see again.

With Club JK, youll see 50% of your customers again because they will purchase from you again and again

When customers join Club JK at a Party, they can immediately apply their 10% Club JK discount toward their Party order (some exclusions apply, see Terms & Conditions). (This discount comes directly from JK.)

In the future, they can use their 10% Club JK discount on most ONLINE purchases.
(10% discount is for online purchases only, made on your JK Stylist Website not future Party purchases. Some exclusions apply, see Terms & Conditions.)

When guests sign up to become Club JK Members at a Party, the Host receives ALL regular benefits. (Host receives FULL retail credit for ALL orders placed at Party.)

Club JK ONLINE

Commission structure for Club JK is slightly is different.

A JK Stylist earns 15% commission from a Club JK member who purchases online.

PLUS
For every Club JK sale, youll also receive 5% Commissionable Volume (CV). Stylists must be Bonus Qualified (BQ) to receive Commissionable Volume. PLUS All Club JK sales will go toward your Commissionable Team Volume at every level you are paid on.

As a Stylist, every personal Club JK member = $5.55 for you. 100 personal Club JK members = $555 for you. 1,000 Personal Club JK members = $5,550 for you.

As a JK Leader, every Club JK member = a % commission for you. (The same commission structure as the Leader level you are currently paid on.) Central Team = 5% CV Gen 1 = 6% CV Gen 2 = 2/3% CV Gen 3 = 3% CV Gen 4 = 3% CV

- Only first-time Club JK purchases (from a Party) will count toward your Personal Sales Volume (PSV), soon to be called Retail Qualifying Volume (RQV). - Online Club JK purchases DO NOT count toward your RQV or Central Team Qualifying Volume (CTQV) . - As a Leader, any first-time Club JK purchases at a Party will count toward your $3,000 CTQV minimum.

One of the things we have to make sure happens is Parties. We are a Party Plan company. Parties are our lifeline. They are what keep us moving forward, keep us growing.

Your goal is to sign everyone you possibly can as a Club JK member.

Club JK is consistent money for you. 1,000 Club JK members = $5,550+ income every single month
