I was the Head student computer technician for my high school I fixed Windows OS computers, with errors such as Trojan Horses, System 32 errors, and the common Blue Screen of Death I did networking for the schools computers I set up computers, installed software, and troubleshot hardware problems (ie no sound, no cursor, no keyboard etc.)

I serviced Mac and Windows Operating Systems with a fully repaired computer within 24-48 hours I repaired errors such as System 32 errors, Blue Screen of Death, Trojan Horses, Spyware, and Adware I sped up computers by deleting unnecessary files, freeing RAM, and other system modifications I reformat Windows OS back to factory condition I install all software for Mac and Windows, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office, Adobe Products, Apple Software, Virus Protection software I install Mac Operating Systems (Lion, Snow Leopard, Leopard) I clear unnecessary files in the Mac OS (although less complex than Windows OS) I have reset Internet Browsers to maximize their performance

I am the Ice Cream Manger at Nagles Apothecary Caf in Ocean Grove, New Jersey My job is to ensure effective communication, camaraderie, and high productivity in a seashore restaurant where hundreds of ice cream cones are served per day.

Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Associations Children Show (Volunteer)

June 2007-Present

I am the Slideshow creator for the summer Childrens Show I deal with thousands of photos and video that I put into a collage of 15 minutes that is aired before the show starts I am a mentor towards the children who act in the show giving them advice from when I was their age in the program. Showing them alternative acceptable behaviors to address anger management and conflict resolution
