i) Group Managing Director Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Datuk Abdul Razak Latiff

Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Datuk Abdul Razak Latiff is the founder of ARL Group of Companies. In his capacity as Group Managing Director, he is instrumental for the success and growth of ARL Global Group of Companies. He has 20 years of experience successfully leading and managing people and projects in the telecommunications, power and IT industries. After obtaining his post-degree Diploma in Accounting at University Malaya, he joined the Accountant Generals office and was later seconded to Jabatan Telekom Malaysia where he served for 8 years. He later joined a leading Telecommunications group in 1983 to broaden his exposure in corporate management. He was instrumental in the acquisition and turnaround of several ailing companies, which later became acknowledge profit earners within the group. With his accumulated experience he ventured out on his own and established ARL Associates Sdn.Bhd. in 1991 as an outfit to market his business skills. Although coming from a non-technical background, he has developed the ability to combine strategic business planning with an empirical approach in analysis. Over the years he has developed his own business philosophy and values, which he fervently applies to the Groups business dealings and simply states, "Do things in moderation and dont profit on peoples misery". ii) General Manager En. We are presently able to provide a broad range of services including but not limited to O & M services of LPG Bottling Plant & Power Plant, repair & maintenance of engines and machineries, design & fabrication, tank cleaning, building maintenance, construction, manpower supplies and other related engineering services

b) Oil & Gas Dealer

Its activities range from supply of Petroleum products, equipments, machineries, spare-parts and other related services. PETROJADI is the appointed dealer of major oil companies and manufacturer to market their products and among its major clients are Power Plants, Hotel & Resort, and Plantations, Timber industries

c) Repair & Maintenance

PETROJADI owned fleet of road tankers/cargo lorry and are currently engaged by PETRONAS & ARL Tenaga to provide transportation services to Power Plant, Industrial Customers and Service Station throughout Sabah. In addition Petrojadi is licensed by Department of Environment to transport Scheduled Waste. Petrojadis Total solution approach enables us to provide our clients with practical solution from managing their fuel to disposal of their Waste at our Waste Station in Melawa. Our clients are Power Plants, Petroleum Companies (SHELL, Petronas, Exxonmobil), Quarries, Hotel & Resort, Assembly Plant and Servicing Centre.
