PRE CONGRESS WORK: Ayala Young Leaders Congress 2011 December 21, 2010 Dear Dan, Congratulations on being

g selected as an Ayala Young Leaders Congress 2011 delegate. We trust that the congress will be a significant, milestone experience for you and your leadership as it has been for hundreds of other delegates before you. Attached are the pre-Congress activities that we would like you to complete during the Christmas break. Reflect deeply about the questions and answer them honestly and thoroughly in either English or Filipino, whichever you are more comfortable in. Express who you really are and what your actual experience is. There are no correct or wrong answers and your reflections will not be used to evaluate you. Provide concrete and specific responses; do not give vague and general ones. Please allot a lot of time throughout the Christmas break to complete the reflections. The questions will help you deepen your self-knowledge and prepare well for the congress. Your responses will also allow us, the congress organizers, to know you better ahead of time. We look forward to seeing you and personally welcoming you to AYLC 2011. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year in advance! Very truly yours,

SIMON C. MOSSESGELD Congress Director
