So they say, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

You have taken that step, and now your journey must take you somewhere further. Today marks the beginning of another chapter in your life. In my own ways, I have hoped for the day when whatever I might have shared to you would be of help as you take on a braver course through life. Learning does not end as you leave the classroom, nor is it confined within the limits of the four corners of any institution. Learning is a lifelong process, and with high hopes for you I personally believe that in your own unique ways you have learned the basic skills you need to face the real world where you will be learning more, sometimes the hard way. Your decision to take on the challenge of pursuing a course that seeks to understand the very nature of man, his fears, downfall, and triumphs is by no means accidental. You are meant to be here, to master the craft; and to learn to be kind to yourself much more than anyone else, and to realize that to err is part of being you, and that to expect yourself to show perfection at all times is a crime against your own humanity. Although you can always strive for a better you with each time you fall short of your own expectations. But then again, be kind to yourself. Of all people you must be your own friend. Times could be tough at some point in your journey but always remember that your Boss is Him who made you able, and will keep you able. Have faith in yourself and in Him who has always believed in you. Believe that God created you to pursue worthwhile endeavors, and to live fulfilled lives through enriching the lives of others. For what success really is but sharing oneself in the service of others in the sincerest of ways. Go now, and touch lives whenever you can, in whatever way possible. And when touching lives seem to be too much of a challenge, start with touching your own. Always bear in mind the lesson of the pearl, and the ripples you must endure the pain if you are to be a precious gem; and you must have faith in the power of a single act, a small stone can move a lake by creating ripples from that tiny place it has conquered. You can vibrate change around you even if the only thing you have triumphed over is your own self. Godspeed my dear friends! My heart aches once more at the thought of having to send another batch off to your journey but my spirit rejoices at how I have seen you grow into the person you have become! I am proud of you!
