Update DGM Operations with timely data and feedback to facilitate operational decisions
Prepare Productivity charts for production team WRT assigned production targets and present summary and analysis to DGM - Operations for his intervention, appraisals and reward & punishment process
Internal communication with related departments to collect information for the material availability on the shop floor.
Time study for the manufacturing process on the shop floor and work on to get the maximum output of the available resources.
Arrange for the issuance of material from the Stores and handover of material to FG.
