PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES TO CONTROL V04 INVENTORY

Ppc deptt. Send cbom qty to production deptt. Production deptt. Verify these qty. Against fabrication drawing qty. Make comparison & send mail to ppc head for approval for addition or deletion of bom. After approval mail or hardcopy to design deptt.

1. After modification ppc deptt released discrete job . 2. Then production done according to above . 3. This will control inventory (material issue from store as per requirement.) 4. Exact match of material what is req. And what is issued.

Assists in preparation Annual Forecast & breakup it in Quarterly/Monthly buckets.

Translates the demand plan for finished goods and/or spares and/or peripherals into a supply plan and inventory plan (MPS). Preparation of Planning process to come to an agreed long term and short term plan.
6. Load up in an accurate and timely way the agreed supply plan into Material Requirement Planning (MRP) system. Verifies the resulting purchase plan for components. 7. Prepares the monthly production plans for specific line(s). 8. Prepares the monthly production plan. Communicates shortages and due dates for production to procurement/purchase department.. Identifies changes in order priorities. 9. Translates the monthly production plan into weekly/daily bucket and negotiate a consensus with production 10. Follow up on plan realization by production and correct where necessary to meet agreed sales plan. 11. Communicates component shortages and due dates for production to Procurement/purchase department 12. Challenges production capabilities 13. Implement changes in order priorities and analyse for impact. As a result, implement the consensus planning. 14. Gives feedback to sales desk on progress of the schedule. Communicates and updates delivery schedules for the coming defined period. 15. Creates the daily material issue plan to ensure sufficient material supply for production.
16. Inventory control by defining Planning parameters Min/Max levels, Safety stock & ABC/Slow moving analysis. 17. Supply chain management by alignment of Sale orders vs. Production orders vs. Purchase orders.

Regularize and run the production line to derive the maximum output

Ensure the timely production and dispatch of material as per planning.

Coordination with Order processing for orders in hand and delivery dates.

Follow up with Purchase and stores for the material on shop floor.

Update DGM Operations with timely data and feedback to facilitate operational decisions

Prepare Productivity charts for production team WRT assigned production targets and present summary and analysis to DGM - Operations for his intervention, appraisals and reward & punishment process

Internal communication with related departments to collect information for the material availability on the shop floor.

Time study for the manufacturing process on the shop floor and work on to get the maximum output of the available resources.

Work on to derive the means to improve the shopfloor output.

Monitoring Trends and Prepare production analysis against sale plan.

Resolve the day to day issues on the shopfloor.

Assign task to every operator as per his duties and capabilities.

Arrange for the issuance of material from the Stores and handover of material to FG.
