2. Purpose : --To start Environment Friendly Industrial Revolution in India by taking the following steps : --2.1.

To help reduce global warming caused by untapped release of vast amount of methane Gas ( a green house gas which is 23 times more dangerous than carbon dioxide) released by More than 280 million dairy cattle in India. We cannot kill our cattle as they are required for providing milk, cow dung manure fertilizer, leather, meat for non-hindus and non-vegetarian animals, bones for pharmaceutical companies and religious functions to some extent. So this source of methane is an unavoidable source. If utilized properly this can be used as a clean non-polluting fuel for the additional purposes of cooking gas, automobile fuel and for generating electricity. 2.2. To provide alternate clean and cheap fuel to the presently existing Petrol, Diesel, LPG and CNG fuel based automobiles. Out of these diesel, LPG and CNG are already being sold by the Government Of India at a heavily subsidized rates. 2.3. LPG and CNG are also clean fuels but problem with their usage is that we are taking out carbon buried by mother nature deep inside earths layers and adding greenhouse gases to atmosphere by burning them. This is totally avoidable whereas usage of cattle is totally unavoidable because we use them primarily for the purpose of getting milk. Other benefits from cattle are like getting 500 % bonus on salary. 2.4. To help reduce global warming caused by untapped release of vast amount of nitrous oxide gas ( a green house gas which is 298 times more dangerous than carbon dioxide) released from cow dung when left in the open. 2.5. To tap hydrogen gas (a fuel) released by cattle during burping / belching and farting. This large scale hydrogen gas source will help in launching hydrogen gas based engines and hydrogen fuel cell technology based vehicles in India at a commercially competitive rate. 2.6. To reduce over reliance on imported crude oil which is putting heavy burden on our economy and adding large quantity of green house gases to atmosphere each year. 2.7. To restrict investment in imported Light water type Nuclear Power Plants and proposed indegenously designed Fast Breeder Reactors which can be very dangerous in case of direct strike on reactor containment building by hard depleted uranium headed oxygen rich fuel carrying missiles. These shall be used only for quickly reducing the large gap between electricity demand and generation capacity and for generating limited direct & indirect employment for engineers and scientists for carrying out R&D works in critically important scientific fields. Nuclear power is very good from global warming point of view as no green house gases are released. But electricity power from such reactors can be very costly if more safety features are adopted. 2.8. To stop over reliance on burning of highly polluting and avoidable coal powered thermal power plants. 2.9. We shall reserve coal only for metallurgical usage and not for power generation. This will be possible only if we will increase our cattle population beyond 500 million numbers. 2.10 To prevent environment disaster caused due to use of harmones and some medicines on cattle and subsequent consumption of cattle meat upon their death by vultures, eagles, crows, etc. and harm caused to them.
