CAPITALISM AS THE BEST SOCIAL ORGANIZATION SYSTEM A capitalist system allows people to improve their quality of life.

Countries whose social organization is based on capitalism can show us people who are improving their standard of living by themselves by taking advantage of the system. Capitalism is the best system of social organization because it has strong foundations such as: Property, Freedom, Peace and Equality.

The right of property means private ownership of the means of production and individual wealth. The capitalist social organization maintains that the only workable system of human cooperation in a society based on the division of labor is: private ownership of the

means of production. The opposite system, socialism, maintains a position of communal ownership of means of production and communal property. This is an unworkable system and the application of the socialist principle to the means of production results in a reduction in the productivity of labor and has the effect of diminishing wealth because the population does not have the motivation to

compete to achieve material wealth o a better position in the society. In economics terms we can differentiate three factors of production: labor, land, and capital. Labor is the human force that is capable of transforming the natural resources from the land to products or goods to satisfy human needs. Land is related to the natural resources that nature offers us above the surface of the earth, in the water and in the air. Capital is represented by all the intermediate goods produced from the land with the help of human labor that are made to serve further production, such as machines, tools, half-manufactured articles of all kinds, etc. We have two different systems of human cooperation under the division of labor, one based on private ownership of the means of production, and the other based on communal ownership of the means of production which is called socialism or communism. In a capitalist social organization the principle of the division of labor has the advantage of greater productivity because the specialization and separation of the task convert the labor in more efficient with less waste time and the specialization of people in specific task result in more knowledge and qualification in that specific thing, so they can be more productivity and produce better things. That greater productivity allows the capitalist nation to be economically stronger and to provide

better social economical benefits to workers. Therefore, the workers, who represent the labor force, can improve their standard of living by buying goods to make their live more comfortable.

Freedom is probably the strongest foundation of capitalist system. Only countries in which capitalism has prevailed over long periods of time have experienced both freedom and prosperity Of course, they do not have a perfect freedom because everything has defects, but they have a perfectible freedom. Capitalist countries have had more freedom, more social justice, and less inequality than socialist countries. According to Milton Friedman in his article Bright Promises, Dismal Performance: An Economist's Protest, the

fundamental value in relations among people is to respect the dignity and the individuality of fellow men, to treat them not as objects to be manipulated for our purposes or in accordance with our values but as persons with their own rights and their own values, not coerced, not forced, not bulldozed, not brain washed. That seems to him to be the fundamental value in social relations. Even though capitalism system organization does not have a perfect freedom stage it has the highest level of freedom among social organizations system.

Peace is the father of all things. Peace must be the focus of a humanitarian social system. In a capitalist system the premise is that peace is always better than war. War is only justifies to defend the rights of citizens. If the country is under attack from another nation or terrorist organization, the government has to take action and counterattack. In a capitalist society, no man or group may initiate the use of physical force against others. The function of the government is protecting the human rights, protecting the citizens from physical force; the government must act as the agent of rights of the man in selfdefense, and may use force only in retaliation and only against those who initiate its use; thus the government is the means of placing the retaliatory use of force under objective control. When a peaceful nation is attacked by a bellicose enemy, it must offer resistance and do everything to avoid that the attacker achieve its goal against citizens.

Equality means the belief in the equality of all men. Equality means equality before the law, the equality of fundamental, inalienable rights which every man possesses by virtue of his birth as a human being, and which may not be infringed or abrogated by institutions

made by man, such as titles of nobility or the division of men into castes established by law, with special privileges granted to some and denied to others. The rise of capitalism eliminated all castes, including the institutions of aristocracy and slavery. Some countries like The United States of America have a system based on the principle of individual rights. Those principles are established in their constitution. In societies that have established the principle of equality, which is based in the right that each individual has to be successful, citizens can compete with equal chances for success. On the other hand, socialist social organization believes that everybody is equal and nobody has the right to achieve the success by himself and nobody has the right to compete for success. The socialism is based under the control of the state which is in charge to provide everything that the citizens need alienated their own initiatives.

This social organization system based in communal property, total control from the state and redistribution of the wealth under the decision of the states, have had many forms along the history such as socialism, communism, fascism, Nazism, but none of them has been successful given freedom, prosperity and pace to citizens. According

C. Bradley Thompson in his essay title Socialism vs. Capitalism: Which is the Moral System; Socialism is the social system which institutionalizes envy and self-sacrifice: It is the social system which uses compulsion and the organized violence of the State to expropriate wealth from the producer class for its redistribution to the parasitical class. According to socialist doctrine, there is a limited amount of wealth in the world that must be divided equally between all citizens. One persons gain under such a system is anothers loss.

A capitalist system organization tends to give much more freedom values to the human beings. It tends to develop an atmosphere which is more favorable to the development of the success in all of terms of the human being. An outstanding thing is the opportunity that the people have to improve their standards of live by themselves, by using their own talent, by their hard and smart work, by their own effort. I thing is wonderful for a free human being to achieve the success by himself taking advantages from the opportunities that the social organization provide. The capitalism is the best social organization system because its strong foundations such as: Property, Freedom, Peace and Equality.
