MALS-11, EMARINE COMMUNICATION TOOL EMARINE is here at MALS-11. EMarine is our official organizational communication tool. It was developed to deliver readiness information to Marines and those who support them. This includes other service-members, civilian Marines, Family Members, and friends. Per MarAdmin 499/11, EMarine is being implemented throughout the entire Marine Corps, providing a consistent and familiar tool for you to use as you move from one unit to another. eMarine can be customized for your information needs and preferences. Op Homefront announced the opening of the 2012 Military Child of the Year Award nomination period. The award will be given to an outstanding military child from each Service Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. The winners, who each will receive $5,000, will be flown with a parent or guardian to Washington, D.C., for special recognition ceremony on Apr 5, 2012.
