SPECIFICATIONS
1. Operating temperature range: -25 to 85C 2. Capacitance: Within the specified tolerance at 25C, 1MHz, 0.1 to 3V rms. 3. Capacitance tolerance 0.25pF (C) or 0.5pF (D) for Cap. 5pF 0.5pF (D) or 1pF (F) for Cap. > 5pF or 10pF 5% (J) or 10% (K) for Cap. > 10pF 4. Voltage proof (flash test): No breakdown at 2.5 times rated working voltage for 1 sec. 5. Q (quality factor): At 25 C, 1 MHz, 0.1 to 3 Vrms. 8. Life test (endurance): Capacitors shall be subjected to life test for 1000 hours at 85 3C and 100V DC. After removal from the owen, capacitors shall be cooled 1 to 2 hours to standard condition for testing, and then measured. Cap. change: 3% or 0.3pF, wichever is greater Q: C 30pF......Q 350 30pF > C 10pF......Q 275 + 5/2C C < 10pF......Q 200 + 10C (where, C = Rated capacitance) Insulation resistance: 1000M min. 9. Humidity life test (damp heat, accelerated): Capacitors shall be subject to humidity life test 500 hours at 40 2C, 90 to 95% RH, and 50V DC. After removal from the oven, capacitors shall be cooled 1 to 2 hours to standard condition: 7.5% or 0.75pF, wichever is greater Q: C 30pF......Q 200 C < 30pF......Q 100 + 10/3C (where, C = Rated capacitance) Insualtion resistance: 500M min.

These semiconductor capacitors are formed with dielectric reoxidized barium titanate on the semiconductor ceramic surface. They are characterized by their compact size and large capacitance and they are used for coupling and bypass applications.

SPECIFICATIONS
1. Operating temperature range: -25 to 85C 2. Capacitance: Within the specified tolerance at 25C, 1KHz, 0.5 to 1V rms. 3. Capacitance tolerance : 20% (M), + 80, -20% (Z) 4. Voltage proof (flash test): No breakdown at 2.5 times rated working voltage for 1 sec. 5. Tan (D.F.): 5% max., at 25C, 1 KHz, 0.5 to 1V rms. 6.
