H e recently sent me a prayer request for lung cancer and included a set of confes sions as the kind of prayer he wanted prayed over him for healing of the lung ca ncer. Background: I never heard anything else from him on either of the books, so I as sume he never read them and did not do the Affirmations. The style of his prayer sheet indicates that he did not do a Bible study on aiteo or use the guide of t he healing prayers in OK, God, Now What, or in the Battle Prayer for Divine Heal ing Field Manual 2. With all the travel and confusion over Christmas time, please agree with me that we will connect and he will get deliverance in the name of Jesus. RESPONSE: Hi XXXX, It seems amazing that will all the manifestations of Jesus in healing worldwide, we still have a lot to talk about, and we are still burying people before their time. The content of OK, God, Now What (it was called Championship Affirmations in Chr ist) on healing is nowhere near as what I have in Battle Prayer for Divine Heali ng Field Manual 2, yet people use what is there and work miracles. The opposite is true, the content of OGNW is far more complete on how and what to renew your mind with than what of that topic is in Battle Prayer for Divine Healing Field M anual 2. And understanding as the basis for faith what Jesus accomplished 2000 y ears ago and is doing now, is nowhere near as complete in OGNW or FM2 as it is i n Discovering Our Redemption. I need all 3, and I think all people need all 3. If the issue was some magical formulas then what we have in Christ is no differe nt than Kabala Judaism or witchcraft where the emphasis is on exact repetition o f prayers. Make a mistake and the demons you are working with will try to kill y ou. The real issue with God is the mind renewing behind the words we use. Now a child can get someone healed with simple prayers, even memorized prayers, usually because all they want to do is to speak with God and they copy what they hear adults do, almost verbatim. The issue with adults is how to overcome the l ies and deceptions of the devil we have unknowingly (or knowingly) made part of our lives. For that we need teaching and lots of repetition. 2 Tim 2:24 And the s ervant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, pa tient, 25 in meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradvent ure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; 26 and that the y may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will. So the prayers in my books are just the outward summary or sword of the teachings. Simple child-like faith will get answers. Skeptical adult attitudes of lets see i f this works, generally do not get much in results. Or even worse, Lets see if this moves God. As no labor in the Lord is in vain, there is some good, but usually not enough to make a difference because skepticism is not faith. Anger at God is no t faith in God. What seems to make the most difference is the attitude of a real transaction with God. For this little children excel. They forget easily and ha ve no history of past God-failures. So without the full teaching of the book, with doing the how to parts, and if the

people get limited results, they tend to blame the prayer and not the teaching. If you told them, This prayer worked for me, and they do not see results, all you have done is fill them with condemnation, and they get or stay at war with God. If after a while of praying the prayer(s) they still see no results, they then b lame the teaching and the teacher, rightly or wrongly. They never understand the issue is lack of truth in teaching to power the prayer, and not in the prayer i tself. I have grunted a single time, and gotten people healed. Other times a simpl e prayer and other times months of battle. I have seen healing released by the w rong Scripture, but a right attitude in God. God is not the problem, we are. People who have used my books with Holy Spirit get Gods results. For example a p oor widow lady who would not accept a free copy but paid and read one of my book s years ago, and still today, years later, gets people healed every time she goe s to the grocery store. I dont know what words she uses now, but at first she use d the prayers I provided as a starting place, but she continued in the teaching and in the doing. That is the mind renewing part. No disease is bigger or smaller in God in proportion to His power. Any devil res istance is like a speck of sand trying to resist the flow of the Universe. Jesus proved that in the Gospels. But deception in our hearts can block zoe life. To clear the blockage you or someone needs to immerse in the Word of God, make your self more reconciled in God, and lambano zoe life. Whether the infirmities go in an instant, a month later or after hours of labor, they go. That is the key. In a church in Mexico, they prayed for a man who since birth had never walked. T hey ministered life and nothing happened. Their attitude was that they would fig ht for 6 straight weeks, 247 as a church if they had to. So when nothing seemed t o happen they started worshiping with thanksgiving the Lord to seek Him using Sc ripture (not most current Christian music). They got lost in Him. They may have commanded healing a few more times, I do not recall. They worked to stay thankfu l that Jesus is Lord indeed. Hours later there was a stirring in the basket. The young man got up and ran around the church. A man who had never learned to walk started by running! It did not take 6 weeks of 247, but they were willing to fig ht at least that long as in their experience most battles lasted far less. Jesus said to use aiteo when we pray. I saw no aiteo in your prayer sheet. Where is the aiteo? Here is an example Jesus gave of what aiteo looks like. Matt 6:8 Be not ye theref ore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye aiteo/ask him. 9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, a s it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our de bts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. I made the authority command words bold in the our Father above. They are all Gree k imperative or command tense. That is part of aiteo. In your case with cancer t he issue is to command in authority the devil and his works to go. Jesus gave ma nkind that job. Luke 10:19 Behold, I give unto you exousia/power (authority, comm ission and the resources of Heaven) to tread (bruise, crush, and remove from pow er) on serpents and scorpions, and over all the dunamis/power (ability, works) o f the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. 20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven. If your healing ministry does not include auth ority specifically against the devil, then you are not doing the job assigned to us by Jesus. Peter then goes on to sa y that it was not their holiness or power, but the name of Jesus and faith in th e name of Jesus that made that man whole. What Peter did is included in aiteo. Yet I did not see it on your prayer sheet. The purpose of confession is to renew the mind, the purpose of aiteo is to get r id of the devil and the body to be healed. The purpose of OK, God, Now What is t o renew your mind for both short battles and for long term behavior change or li festyle. Battle Prayer for Divine Healing Field Manual 2 is for immediate divine healing and long term mind renewing on healing and prayer in general. It is ful l of aiteo prayer.
