Proximity search will allow you to Search terms or phrases within a specified distance from each other Find candidates that have relevant experience that may not clearly be called out on their resumes Control your variables. Keep a tighter search target. The Search:

I want to search a software development manger that has managed a group of developers. By default I keep finding resume of software design mangers but the candidates never managed people.
