PROJECT PROFILE
RF SURVEY Site survey may seem to be an ordinary and routinary task as part of the implementation process of a cellular network. Simple it may seem, but the whole story will be as complicated as one can think of in the long run. There is a lot of considerations in conducting site surveys and these require a lot of knowledge and understanding to successfully conduct one. Instruments for the site surveys-: Actual site surveys may require only a few pieces of instruments, but anything may happen while the surveyor is on the site. This will leave the surveyor little or no option to get the things needed. As much as possible, all needed instruments must always be ready for site survey activities. This may imply packing everything in a very appropriate manner so as not to hamper the surveyors mobility while on the field. Checklist of survey equipment is as follows: Checklist: Digital Camera min 2Mpixel (extra memory card min 128Mb and extra batteries) or a Video camera GPS (with correct map datum setting) Maps Compass 10 or 50 meter tape measure Site survey document Computer Office materials Gloves

PROCESSES-:GPS procedures

Waypoint list Before going out for site surveys, make sure that all the nominal coordinates of the sites to be visited for the day are logged in to the waypoint list with corresponding site names or Ids. In this we hve to consider three thing that is 1. Panaromic View-: 2. 2G &3G Sector-: 3. Misc-: Panoramic view In site surveys, it is a must to take the panoramic view around the site. The panoramic view will show the type of clutter on the surrounding environment including existing and upcoming obstructions. This will also picture the actual situation of the site for the benefit of other planners and decision makers who have not been to the site. Similarly, it will show the directions where the antennas will be pointing. It is always a practice to identify the north direction in the panoramic view. Normally, it only takes 12 shots for a complete panoramic view.we have to take the shots from 0 to 360 , the difference of each shots is 30 degree. 2G &3G Sector-:

In this we have to take an 6 photos , 3 for 2G sector and 3for 3G sector, start from North direction and rotate in clockwise Direction , which antenna is near to North direction that is !st sector then 2nd sector and at last 3rd sector. Misc-: In misc we have to show the photos of surroundings of the site, exact locations of the antennas and BTS cabinets, immediate obstructions, site ID and outlook of the building. Report making-: With the help of panoramic View, 2G &3G sector and Misc we will Make an report, we have to also draw a Layout , Tracker report is Also used in making Report.

DECLARATION
I hereby declare that the above-mentioned information is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
