Providing, installing, testing and commissioning MNRE approved solar panels conforming to IEC 61715, IEC61646, IEC 62108 or IS 13286 and having RFlD tag (mandatory) of 7400 Wp capacity (minimum capacity of one modute : 200 Wp) including designing the plant , integrate with the existing wiring system with the following components. Supplying, installation testing and commissioning of appropriate hybrid pure sine wave solar inverter capable of supplying out put loads up to at least 150% of the panel capacity with the following speciticat ions Inverter should be stand alone using microcontroller based hybrid design. A C input range: Voltage : 130V to 280 V Frequency: 50 Hz +/- 3 Hz Phase :single phase.3 wire Should have reverse battery protection Solar PV charging efficiency : minimum 90% Change over time : Mains to SPV A Battery : less than 100 m.s. SPV Battery to mains ; less than I00 m.s. Low battery cut off: DC bus voltage-20% Should include battery over voltage and over charging protection . Battery charging: 1" priority : SPV power only at 10-15% of battery AH 2ndpriority : Shared with input mains if SPV doesn't provide sufficient power.
