Section 2) 1.1
Description
Psychodynamic Perspective The focus of psychodynamic perspective is on internal struggles and conflicts
where there is motivation by inner forces due to personality inner workings throughout the lifespan (Weiten, Lloyd, Dunn, & Hammer, 2008; Jarvis, 2004). The below images presents the reality and anxiety process with an example:
An individual liked throughout their lifespan and during the stages of development from childhood to teenage, there arises stronger need for people to get to like and admire more.

Humanistic Perspective The focus is on subjective experience, private or personal growth by believing
in knowledge they gained or discovered rather than by others. The emphasis will be on optimistic views with human potential (Weiten, Lloyd, Dunn, & Hammer, 2008; Schneider, Bugental, & Pierson, 2001). The below diagram presents, humanistic form of personality of an individual learning cycle:
For example, in the personality profile, it is not necessary that if people did not like you will be right or acceptable. There should be valid reason for that when people are not admiring or liking you.

Moreover, it is not necessary that there are weaknesses and people will not accept that they are lacking in something. Therefore, in the case scenario, the facts that are showing negative forms might not be acceptable immediately by an individual except when there is valid reason and definitely with potential growth. On the other hand, the perception of accepting suggestions and opinions should be with satisfying proof. When people say that I am not frank then they should give proper reason why I should be. This shows that just saying is not enough but there should be valid reason for it and showing potential growth.
1.3
Behavioral Perspective The focus of this theory is on external environment along with on effects of
learning and conditioning. The locating will be of outside behavior and within their immediate environment. There will be exploration of motivations that will be resulting in learning or conditioning responding within specific situation (Weiten, Lloyd, Dunn, & Hammer, 2008; Hutchison, 2003).
For example, a woman attending part will desire someone to admire and appreciate her appearance. This is likely to happen only when she is interacting with others politely or positively.

At the same time, an individual will have confidence in making the right decision when there is motivator or someone conditioning their acts. The perception of wrong or right is depending on the external environment acceptance or rejection that will be affecting their level of satisfaction and positivity. Therefore, the
acceptance of opinion will be depending on how solution is motivating influencing the individual for convincing to consider it. Therefore, an individual behavior is that they will be acting depending on specific environment and situation.
Section 3)
Recommendation
According to the above case study analysis and learning from personality forces of theories, it shows that case scenario is applicable to all the perspective approaches. The outcome and application will be in different forms. The recommendation is that people should understand their personality types and the kind of perspective that is more likely to meet with their profile providing potential desirable outcome.
Section 4)
