Onsite CCP Exam Guidelines

Procedure to register for any CCP examination in ELM
Step 1: Log onto Enterprise learning Management: https://compass.learning.cognizant.com/ (internet) using your network user ID and password. Step 2: Click on Learning -> Search Catalog. Step 3: Choose 'Advanced Search' option. Step 4: Select type as CCP Assessment and click Search button. Step 5: In the results available, click on the enroll link beside the required CCP exam. Step 6: You can view the entire details about the CCP exam by clicking on the view details link. You can then click on the Enroll button. Step 7: In the page available, select the required facility (location for the exam: Onsite), Assessment date, time slot and click on Submit enrollment button. If ELM throws a warning saying that you have not completed the required pre requisite please complete the pre requisite E-learning or CCP in order to get registered for that CCP. Note: y y There should be minimum gap of three business days between the schedule date and the exam date. All the CCPs will be valid only for 3 years. Associates have to reappear for the same once the validity is over.

Examination Rescheduling
The exam can be dropped or rescheduled till three working days prior to the exam. After that, to write the exam again, associate has to make a fresh registration for the CCP in ELM (if the 3 business day gap has elapsed) by logging on to https://compass.learning.cognizant.com and then choose a date for the same. Associate will be able to do the same only after the scheduled exam date. If for the enrolled CCP exam the 3 business days gap is still there, Associate can go ahead and re- schedule only the exam date and slot for the already enrolled entry that could be found in the ELM All Learning. Note: There should be minimum gap of three business days between the schedule date and the exam date. If the 3 business days gap is over please leave the enrollment as it is. The attendance for that CCP will get updated as Did Not Attend or Not Attempted status after the exam date, also there is no restriction on the number of attempts that an associate can take until they clear the CCP.

Steps to take up the CCP exam - Onsite:

1. Login to the academy site ( http://academy.cognizant.com/benchmark ) using your Network ID & Password. 2. In the list of assessments available, click on the quiz name provided in mail, a day prior to the exam date. 3. Click on 'attempt quiz now' button.

4. Provide the password as specified in the mail, sent a day prior to the exam. Note: The password that is sent is a combination of alphabets (all in lower case) and numbers 5. Two buttons will be available at the end of the page. Click on Submit the quiz' only after finishing the entire quiz. 'Intermediate save' button can be clicked for intermittently saving the answers in the quiz. Please use the page numbers to navigate to other pages. 5. The Quiz will be open only from 00.00 am IST to 11.55 pm IST. 6. Once Associate starts taking up the quiz by entering the password, it can be accessed only for the stipulated time limit of the quiz. Also if the associate starts to attempt the quiz after 11:55 pm IST the benchmark site will prompt with You have not scheduled any quiz for today. So please manage your time accordingly.

Troubleshooting Steps:
LDAP module error while logging into benchmark site:
y Please check whether the password is correctly typed (caps lock on /off). y If your network password contains any of these special characters like \,/,'," please logoff from benchmark site y In the Internet Explorer Click on tools -> Internet options -> General. y Delete cookies, files and clear history. y Refresh the explorer page. Change the password to something simple (without these specific special characters that were listed above) and log into benchmark again.

LDAP module error while providing the quiz password:

The password consists of only small letters and numbers. Retype the correct password. Note: Please do not copy paste the password in the benchmark site when it prompts for it. Please type in the password.

Study materials for CCP

Associates can access study materials for the respective CCP in their respective location Library depending upon the availability of the resources. The study materials will also be available in the Notes & Attachments option in ELM (https://compass.learning.cognizant.com). Please navigate the below path to avail the same Log on to ELM -> Self Service-> My Learning to choose the CCP that you have already enrolled for or Click on Self Service->Search Catalog->Advanced Search and choose the type as CCP Assessment from the drop down and then click on Search Click on the CCP name -> View Details -> Notes & Attachments Try accessing the PDF document available their and find the details on reference material for the same at the end of the PDF document.

The details on that specific CCP will also be available in the Notes & Attachments option in ELM (https://compass.learning.cognizant.com). Please navigate the below path to avail the same Log on to ELM -> Self Service-> My Learning to choose the CCP that you have already enrolled for or Click on Self Service->Search Catalog->Advanced Search and choose the type as CCP Assessment from the drop down

Scheduling for CCP

y If you couldnt clear the exam this time, please make a fresh registration in ELM after the already scheduled exam date to appear for the same. There should be minimum gap of three business days between the schedule date and the exam date.

How to generate e-certificate after successful completion of CCP

E-certificate could be downloaded from ELM only a day after the exam date. Steps to generate the e-certificate: Go to Peoplesoft ELM(https://compass.learning.cognizant.com) y y y y y y y Self service -> Learning -> Certificate. Click on CCP certificate. Click on Generate against the certificate name. Click on the refresh button found in the page. The view certificate will get hyperlinked beside the generate button. Click on view certificate. The certificate will appear on the screen
