RESULTS Since program inception, the client has seen a dramatic increase in sales, with over 16 percent growth year over year. A major real estate developer worked with MARCONIX to design and manage a plan to launch a new residential project. PROGRAM Our Field Sales Force thoroughly trained internal salespeople to properly sell the project and the supporting pre launch booking offers. RESULTS Efforts on both the pre launch booking and the sales offer exceeded the companys forecasts by 233 percent. Overall, the grassroots efforts produced a 16 percent increase in sales in a onemonth period.
