1. Leadership Among my nursing life, I have several opportunities to show the leadership. Firstly, I was to be a head of student council during the primary and secondary educations. Furthermore, I used to be the public relations in the student club of Baromarajonani College of Nursing Nopparat Vajira and then be a student in the project Student excharge Thailand and Bali, Indonesia 2010 I have developed my strength and potentially all the time until I was chosen as a leader of nursing student. I have leant about the processing, distribution of work and responsibility in the organization. I think all of this may be reasoned that both teachers and coworkers give me the trustiness. 2. Patience The benefit of patience enhances my efficiency. I think the first impression result in the adrenalin secretion especially under stress.
