Project Manager - Alabama Power Plant Barry March 2004 to February 2005 This position managed the Project Manager duties for the conceptual design, esti mating, budgeting and Construction Management for the construction of the Select ive Catalytic Reduction, Balanced Draft Conversion and Flue Gas Desulphurization Project for Alabama Power's Plant Barry Unit 5 - 800 MW Fossil Unit, $600M Proj ect. Maintenance Manager - Alabama Power Plant Barry Feb 2002 to March 2004 This position managed the Maintenance Department including Mechanical, Electrica l, Instrumentation and Controls, Outage and Contract Maintenance for Plant Barry Units 1-7, 2800MW Plant. Position was responsible for 120 plant employees, and managing all retrofit capital and maintenance work on outages, turnarounds, upgr ades for all Units from 150 MW Units to 900 MW Fossil Units. Position was respon sible for staffing level of 1,300 craft employees. Operations Manager- Alabama Power Plant Barry March 2000 to February 2002 This position managed the Start Up and Operations of Plant Barry's Units 6&7, 10 64 MW Combined Cycle Units, and Operations Department for Plant Barry Fossil Uni ts 1-5, 1736MW Units. Position was responsible for 110 plant employees. Plant Manager - Alabama Power Washington County Plant January 1999 to March 2000 This position managed the Construction, Start Up and Operations of Washington Co unty's 110 MW Plant providing Southern Company's largest demand (100MW) customer Olin Chemical with power, steam and carbon dioxide. Position was responsible f or 20 plant employees.

Assistant to the Executive Vice President- Alabama Power January 1998 to Janua ry 1999 This position supported Southern Company Generations Executive Vice President in managing Southern Company's generation fleet including fossil, hydro and combin ed cycle generation of 25,000MW. Duties included oversight of Human Resources, I nventory Control, Craft Labor Relations, Contract Administration Departments and Trading Floor Market Optimization of generating units. Operations Manager - Alabama Power Plant Barry Units 1-4 July 1995 to January 19 98 This position managed the Operations Department of Plant Barry's Units 1-4, 850 MW. I was responsible for shift operations and leading a team of Facilitators, O perations Shift Supervisors, Maintenance Team Leaders, Control Analyst, Planners and Schedulers. Position was responsible for 60 plant employees. Contract Maintenance Superintendent - Alabama Power Plant Barry February 1994 to July 1995 This position was responsible for leading the Contract Maintenance Team performi ng maintenance contract work and overall plant outage execution. Budget responsi bility was for retrofit projects over $100M. The Contract Maintenance Team inte rfaced with Southern Company Service Engineers, Plant Maintenance and Operations Departments on all retrofit work for capital and maintenance improvements to Pl ant Barry. Other responsibilities included evaluating unit performance, equipme nt upgrades including steam turbine and generator overhauls, preparing work scop es, bidding construction work, administering contracts, and executing the work.
