Call to order 6:12pm II. Designation of Quorum/Election of Officers Attendees: Board Members Bebee Arnold, David Jares, Rebecca Kaiser, Johnny Popson, Sue Reynolds, and Matoka Snuggs from Charleston Management. Approval of Prior Meeting Minutes a. October minutes were approved. Sue will send to Kevin to post. Treasurers Report a. If you would like to see the report call Charleston Management. Management Report a. Delinquency reporta new NC law now indicates that anytime a homeowner goes into foreclosure the board will need to vote as to whether or not they will go into foreclosure. b. Bebee made a motion to proceed with two foreclosures. Rebecca 2nd the motion and all were in favor. The homeowners have not made any attempts to contact Charleston Management and are behind one year in payments. c. Charleston Management has a website that you can use to manage your homeowner accounts. Charleston may choose to allow contractors they work with to advertise. If vendors choose to advertise, Charleston will manage any profits incurred from advertising charges. Committee Reports a. The Reserve, not present.
