Core Competencies * Handle complex and sensitive inquiries and correspondence with external/internal sources: Deal directly with company CEO's, CFO's and Directors of Purchasing by resolving service, credit, distribution and refund program issues in a book of business worth $36 million. Participate in contract negotiations. Communicate contract pricing and increase information. Work with third party vendors (distribution) to ensure proper stocking of products for national accounts. Implement corporate directives to district managers, and field representatives by setting service deliverables and providing direction on corporate programs. Engage internal resources and departments to ensure excellent service to the customer. Create SharePoint sites to allow executives from different divisions to work on high profit/profile customer pitches. * Compile statistical data for financial and sales planning: Make all system updates (internal/external software system) and changes regarding product pricing and program parameters. Implement new contract set-ups as well as product, credit and distributor lockouts. Submit necessary data to finance to create P&L reports. Create, combine and format data on Cost guarantee programs, Net/Growth programs and R12 sales. Use company PowerPoint templates to create executive reviews, program reviews and bid proposals. * Manage complex projects independently and in support of others: Implement from start to finish corporate initiatives; this includes working with field support centers to inform clearly on what needs to be done, ensure the work gets completed and follow up results to the corporate customer. Maintain everyday business administration to free time for the executive to concentrate on sales and take escalations. Manage all incoming requests from customers and co-workers. Complete research, sales or customer service resolution projects set by the executive or in conjunction with larger projects. * Research and resolve finance issues: Collaborate with Corporate Accounts Finance (CAF), Asset Leasing, Distributor Finance, and Credit departments to resolve refunding questions and mistakes which could necessitate credit/rebills. Utilize company resources

to correct billing or refunding mistakes. Answer questions and educate field reps and the customer on their programs. * Coordinate special events: Coordinate participation of multiple company divisions in national customer trade shows, golf outings, customer tours and the annual Ecolab NRAEF benefit and silent auction. Register and schedule accommodations for my primary executive and all other participants for each event. This can include dining reservations, hotel accommodations, car rentals and airplane flights as well as entertainment and special interests depending on the customer.
