The Sawyer Road Elementary PTA has been a vital link in bringing the home, school, and community together in addressing child-related concerns. As a member of the business community and neighbor to Sawyer Road Elementary, you are invited to become a member of The Sawyer Road Elementary PTA. Yearbook Sales without PTA Membership

Business Card Ad A business card (1/8) page ad will be promoted at the end of the school's yearbook. $25 Quarter Page Ad A quarter (1/4) page ad will be promoted at the end of the school's yearbook. $50 Half Page Ad (1/2) A half page (1/2) page ad will be promoted at the end of the school's yearbook. $100 Full Page Ad (1) A full page (8.5 x 11) ad will be promoted at the end of the school's yearbook. $16 Sponsor a Yearbook If you do not want to place an ad, but would like to sponsor a yearbook for a student.
$20 The yearbook is delivered to approximately 200 students at Sawyer Road Elementary for a low price of $10 each. The PTA's cost is $16 and we'd like to keep the yearbook at the lower price to give the parent's a small break in this economy. I would love to put more yearbooks in the hands of students this year with a few giveaways. Please think about sponsoring a student's memories for 2011-2012. We are trying to raise $1500 for this year's yearbook. Full pages are 8 by 11 and are not full bleed. They are full color on glossy paper and it will be perfect bound if we raise enough funds otherwise it will be saddle stitched. Graphics will be done by a graphic designer and will look professional. We will submit the ad back to you for approval and edits if necessary.

We are a Title I school and we are on the boundary lines of "East Cobb". Our students represent more than 40 nations and we are an IB school. The International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Academy at Sawyer Road Elementary provides kindergarten through fifth grade students an interdisciplinary, student-centered academic program that develops a global perspective through inquiry-based learning. The Primary Years Program (PYP) incorporates local, state, and national curriculum requirements, as well as the arts and foreign language, to reach beyond minimum standards and provide a rich, rigorous education of habit and mind to all students. To qualify as a Title I school, a school typically has around 40% or more of its students come from families who qualify under the United States Census's definitions as low-income, according to the U.S. Department of Education.
