GUIDELINES: 1. Catering events and large food orders must be booked at least two (2) weeks in advance to ensure adequate preparation. A Reservation Fee of P2,000 is required upon booking. 2. 50% down payment is required upon confirmation at least ten (10) days before the event. The remaining balance is payable on or before the event date. 3. Cancellation or postponement done seven (7) days before the scheduled catering event is subject to a cancellatiori or postponement fee of 25% of the total contract price. Cancellation done five (5) days or less before the event is subject to forfeiture of the 50% downpayment. 4. Price per head for in-house event includes buffet table with floral centerpiece, buffet-assisted service, food warmers, utensils, tables & chairs and waiter service. 5. In-house events are subject to venae charges as follows: . Gran Comedor Main Hall = P1 ,500 for the first three (3) hours and P500 per additional hour or a fraction thereof; Gran Comedor 2nd Floor = P500 for the first three (3) hours and P500 per additional hour or a fraction thereof 6. Overtime fees will be charged at P50.00/hour per service personnel after the first three (3) hours. 7. For outside catering events, overtime fees in excess of 8 hours from set-up time will be charged at P50.00/hour per service personnel. 8.Tent rentals are not included in the quoted price. Venue charges and permits for outside catering is at the expense of the customer. 9. We commit to deliver only the best-tasting quality food and delightful service. If we fail to meet your expectations, we will be glad to hear from you so corrective actions may be taken.
