As you are aware, my messenger, Paul Revere, honored your ofce on that date to inform you that I do not consent to this contact and that I wish for you to cease and desist (please see this order, enclosed). Further, this C&D order indicates that all warrants related to this matter be made void. My messenger extended this honor to you further by attending your ofce on August 20, 2010 to provide you with a copy of my Fee Schedule, recorded at Your County, on June 8, 2010 (please see this schedule, enclosed). On that day, Paul Revere provided the Fee Schedule to your ofce and to the clerk of the court. Please provide, in writing, evidence of your claim to a superior right over my RIGHT not to be coerced into contracting with your corporation. In addition, please provide the following: Your evidence of my consent to your jurisdiction in this matter so that I can void it. Your evidence of my consent to be treated as surety for the franchise dba JANE DOE so that I can void it. Your evidence of my consent to be treated as surety for the corporation dba the United States of America so that I can void it. In addition, I demand to see the alleged warrant so that I can void it. If I do not receive your response within 8 days of your receipt of this letter, this matter is null and void.
