PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 08/2010-PRESENT SPECIAL OPERATIONS COUNSULTANTS (SOC) - Operations Officer - Ba ghdad, Iraq Duties include maintaining security for a U.S. Mil itary base with a company contracted through the Department of Defense (DOD). Training complete d in all facets of DOD armed security, including weapons qualifications on M4, AK-47, PKM, RPK, 9MM, First-aid, CPR, and AED. Duty reports are completed daily and sent to HQ. Interaction with all levels of staff and Contract Manage ment. In performing these duties I routinely come in contact with foreign natio nals. I`m personally in charge of 150 Third Country Nationals (TCN) and 40 U.S . Expates, I control over 1 million dollars of equipment i.e. handle radios , base stations, weapons, vehicles, ammo. I provide and do all scheduling for da y and night shift guard duties to include days off and vacation, I perform weekl y inspections and inventory of all company equipment and gear. I provide a 20 ma n Quick Reaction Force for both day and night for anit-terrorism/force protectio n. I have daily meeting with (DOD) customers, to make sure my company is in co mpliance of the contract and to make any modification to the contract that the c ustomer feels need be. 02/2008-11/2009 on, NC Security consultants Group (SCG) - Security Officer - Wilmingt

Duties include maintaining security for federal b uilding with company contracted by Homeland Security. Training completed in all facets of a rmed security, including weapons qualifications, First-aid, CPR and AED. Duty reports completed d aily. Interaction with all levels of staff and Management. In the performance of these duties, I routinely come in contact with the public. Buildings are maintained by GSA (General Services

Administration) and are governed by certain rules and regulations establishing conduct on fed eral property. These rules are set by federal management regulations title 41, part 102-74 subp art c. I take each and every one of these rules regulations and explain the complex list of regul atory information and adapt explanations and adapt explanations and language to different leve ls of understanding. I have taken the initiative to learn basic information pertaining to the Soci al Security Administration. As claimants enter The building, I conduct a brief interview to esta blish good relations and obtain or provide relevant information in a short period of time. Each claimant I approach may have different attitudes and emotions that I must recognize and overcome to ensure effective communications. For example, I have a claimant that comes in each month who is mentally challenged. I must cater to his needs and adjust my way of communic ation to his understanding so that he accomplishes the reason for his visit. Dispositi on also entails professional and investigative work in order to comply with title 41, code of fe deral regulations. A claimant choosing not to comply with the federal law will be investigated to find why they would break one or many of these laws, regulations or procedures. I complet e several reports daily in response to inquiries from my supervisors, including an operations log of all daily activities, and an arrival and departure schedule to keep track of any other law enforcement or visitors entering the building. If these laws, rules or regulations of title 41, are broken, I must write an incident report to forward to my supervisor and the Federal protecti ve Service. 10/2007-01/2003 United States Marine Corps - Operations Specialist - MCAS Cherr y Point Supervised 23 Marines, I was responsible for all classified reports to higher commands, collected data from many forms and spreadsheets and through oral communication. Reconciled all information and related files from my senior pilo ts and flight crews and sent daily reports to higher commands via computers or guarded phone li nes. I also on daily bases coordinate all instructions and information to my juniors. I con trolled and made sure all 22 pilots had the qualifications to fly multi-million dollar AV-8B Harrier -Jump Jets- by checking their daily flight time and training code and logging this in formation in to the pilots flight logbooks which were FAA inspected. For my leadership abilities during this period of friendly and hostile deployment I was award the Navy and Marine Corps Association Leadership Award for 2005 during the 8 month deployment to Iraq, and also a warded the Navy and Marine Corps

Achievement Medal for my outstanding leadership a nd 100% accuracy on all reports to higher command in a very strict time frame. 12/2002-01/1996 United States Marine Corps-Operations Specialist- MCAS NEW RIVE R Supervised 6 Marines and 2 Sailors in a dual compr ised squadron of both Navy and Marines. I used Microsoft office programs every day to compi le classified and secret information to higher commands both Navy and Marine Corps. I controlled over 150 flight logbooks for the squadrons pilots and enlisted aircrew. On daily bases would talk to senior leadership about the flight hours for my 18 CH-53E -Super Stallions- Helicopters, an d compile associated documents to process all information to respected representativ es in other commands. At this same time period I was the Range Safety Officer and the squa drons Anti-Terrorism Officer, I would have to instruct and inform all personnel on all safety ru les and regulation for the many different ranges the Marines and Sailors would have to go to each d ay, and as the Anti-Terrorism Officer, I would receive and send out all condition of terror alert s and level too many different units and personnel. I would have to communicate all rules and regulati ons to all personnel from 06 to E1 all DOD -Department Of Defense-, instructions on daily tim e line. For my leadership and outstanding performances, I was awarded the Navy and Marine Co rps Achievement Medal for this period. 12/1995-01/1993 United States Marine Corp- Training NCO- MATSG Whidbey Island / Reserve Coupeville Police Department As training NCO in this Marine Corps unit, I superv ised and overseen all training and off duty education for 275 Marines. This would consist of a ll physical training to include the all instructions and orders of the weight standards put out by the department of the Navy and Marine Corps. I would have to hold classes and do physica l education and nutrition counseling to each personnel of the unit. I would record and compile all information into spreadsheets and files for each personnel. On daily bases would order and rec eive all off duty education courses for each single marine. For this time period I was found -no teworthy- on two different -IG- inspections and was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Achieveme nt Medal. Also at this time I was a Sergeant on the Coupeville city police department. I was in charge of at least 3 other police officers on the night shift. I came in contact nig htly with the public and would have to instruct them on the city laws. Was responsible for one fel ony arrest for the city and produced $30,000.00 in stolen property. I was awarded a Letter of Comm endation from the Mayor and Police chief.
