Thanks to the invention of communication and web-conferencing tools people can communicate with each other easily and economically over the Internet allowing to break away the barriers caused by distance and different locations of speakers as a possible alternative to traditional face-to-face encounter. Communication and on-line conferencing tools can be considered when: A live immediate conversation and exchange of files is needed. fexible interaction is a substantial component of the conversation. Description Web-conferencing is the resource which enables two or more people to conduct on-line meetings to share ideas and information over the internet. That enables users to work together through the sharing of various applications and documents. Web-conferencing solutions are destinated to facilitate and improve the process of running meetings, delivering webinars and teaching training classes. The benefits gained by exchanging ideas and working through the Web are far-reaching and can impact most areas of any business because this technology places crucial information in a visually appealing way at real time, allows interaction of multiple presenters and rich multimedia content. Resources required Students and teachers need access to computers and the Internet, inside and outside of the school. Nevertheless, no special hardware is to buy or install besides downloading a program or registration. Only in case the computer does not include a web camera, speakers and a microphone these have to be bought. Many of the tools offer different channels to communicate the message, either textual or audio. In many cases keyboard shortcuts can be used as well. .
