Hi Mahaman, Thank you for sending the draft, and for your work. Great start. I see that you are referring to the first KPC report for inspiration - please be careful to update information, like the number of days of survey work, etc. Also, I recommend that you re-read the Concern KPC report that you sent me last week. Its Methods and Results sections are excellent, and I think we should adapt them. We should definitely copy the style of the charts they used to show the frequencies of responses (not the style used in our baseline KPC report, which was not easy to read). In the Methods section: Please emphasize even MORE the partnerships - for example, did any MOH or community leaders have any ideas that were used? What about equipment? Donations of training rooms, etc? Second, describe any challenges that you overcame during the surveys. As you write the Discussion section, please re-read the first KPC report and the Concern report. You will see that Patrick emphasized a few health issues based on the indicator results. Concern also raises some issues. In this Final Survey report, you should state how the indicators show that RI responded to these issues, and describe the interventions (activities) that would have been associated with the improvements. Just one or two sentences for each indicator. If you could send the updated baseline and final KPC numerators and denominators, I could create the main table showing the changes in indicators (see the Concern report's table and the table below and attached, taken from another Final Survey report I found online). I will then wait for the IYCF indicators that you must calculate, and we can add them later. Regards, Dave
