SInce the inception of the GET induction training program when aniruddha officia lly inducted in The Org and got project assignments in FPIG dept., he is known t o me. This hard working fellow had finally been posted in the wolrd truck frame line maintenance dept under the same hierarchy as i was. His charismatic persona lity, in depth knowledge and willingness to dig deep into any matter helps me a lot in personal and professional life. Hongbin is a creative and original thinker. He has native intelligence, great cu riosity about people and ideas, and plenty of common sense that he has applied t o solving many problems at SRR. In addition, he has demonstrated excellent power s of observation, and an ability to communicate and suggest change in effective but non-threatening ways. is very likeable and ambitious person. I have no doubt that he will be a serious and enthusiastic student, and someday a quite successful senior level manager o r entrepreneur that you would be proud to call an alumni. Will the applicant accept constructive criticism? Will he/she accept a challenge with self-confidence, admit mistakes and ask for help when needed?
