Q1. Please provide feedback on categories given below Financials and Business Growth: Describe how this person has contributed to generating revenue, reducing costs, increasing margin, increasing brand equity/recognition or growing our business. Examples are: avoiding scope creep, taking all vacation time, billing 40 hours per week on average, increasing efficiencies, achieving operational metrics, spending within clients budget, etc. Please give tangible examples.

Client and Delivery Excellence: Describe how this person contributed to increasing the quality of his or her teams work, positively impacted timelines and contributed to delivery excellence for our clients, partners and people. Examples include: winning awards, receiving positive client feedback, consistently meeting deadlines, improving tools & processes for the whole team, etc . Please give tangible examples.

Team and People Growth: If this person is a manager, describe how he or she drove higher performance, planned and supported career growth or facilitated learning & development. Examples are: negotiated and reviewed objectives, coached people to develop skills, gave useful feedback, nominated team members to attend trainings, supported development & growth planning etc. If this person is not a manager, describe how he or she facilitated his or her own growth, e.g., developed a growth plan, made progress against the growth plan, took the initiative to seek out learning opportunities, etc. Please give tangible examples.

Culture and Company: Describe how this person contributed to strengthening and promoting Sapients culture. Examples: Contribution to internal focus areas like hiring events, active participation in internal taskforces, strengthening engagement locally, demonstrating Core Values etc. Please give tangible examples.
