Welcome to Middlesex University, Hendon. Hendon is home to Middlesex University Business School, the School of Computing Science and many of the programmes offered by the School of Health and Social Sciences. The Universitys Research and Enterprise Hub also operates from Hendon. Other Middlesex campuses in London are at Trent Park and Cat Hill (home to Arts and Education programmes) and Archway (home to healthcare programmes) and overseas in Dubai. Middlesex is a North London university with outstanding teaching credentials and a strong international character. One in four Middlesex students is from outside the UK. The University believes passionately in partnership; it works with prestigious academic partners around the globe to offer Middlesex programmes or to validate the quality of partner programmes. Local Facilities On campus Ritazza Caf is situated in the Quadrangle. Freshly baked ciabattas can be washed down with fresh ground organic coffee. A Costa Caf is situated on the ground floor of the LRC building. Lattes, mochas and cappuccinos can all be sampled with a pastry. Accompany a delightful chicken wrap with a fruitful smoothie. Outside campus There is a wide variety of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the campus. GETTING TO HENDON
Middlesex University is well served by public transport. There are a number of ways to travel to Hendon Campus. Accessibility Hendon Central tube station and Middlesex University Hendon campus are both fully accessible. Wheelchair-friendly access points are located on the campus map and we advise that you arrive via the main entrance. By Underground The Northern Line station at Hendon Central is approximately 12 minutes walk from the campus. Turn right out of the station, walk up the road to the junction traffic lights and then turn right into The Burroughs for 300-400 metres. As you approach the campus the Town hall is located on the left and the Fenella Building is on the right, almost directly in front of the main College Building. By train Fast and frequent overground rail services run to and from central London from Hendon railway station in West Hendon. Catch the local bus (183) outside the station directly to the front of the campus. By bus Buses 143, 183 and 326 provide a convenient service between North East to North West London and link the University to Hendon high street, Underground and mainline rail stations. By car The M1 motorway has northbound and southbound junctions within about a mile of the campus. Cross-city travellers can use the North Circular Road (A406), and join the A1 (Great North Way) or A41 (Watford Way) to approach the campus from the south. Parking in Hendon is limited. Provision for parking on campus is for staff and pre-arranged visitor parking only.
