The MD8430A Signalling Tester is an essential base station simulator, for testing LTE chipsets and mobile terminals. It is the perfect test solution for bringing LTE terminals to market as quickly as possible, based on Anritsus extensive knowledge of modern wireless technologies.
The Rapid Test Designer (RTD) is a revolutionary tool which speeds the testing of protocol behaviour in wireless terminals, by simplifying the way in which tests are created, executed and analyzed. The test tool hides much of the complexity of testing 3GPP protocols, allowing the user to concentrate on specific functions and behaviour within the UE without being an expert on all protocol layers or knowing how to program the System Simulator. The PCbased software environment is used in conjunction with Anritsu's MD8480C and/or MD8430A Signalling Testers.
RTD
The MD8480C W-CDMA Signalling Tester has been specifically designed for developing and testing 3GPP UE. Supporting W-CDMA, HSPA, HSPA Evolution, GSM, GPRS and EGPRS services in a single unit, it is the industry's first HSPA Evolution signalling tester with full HSPA Evolution capability including maximum data throughput of 28 Mbps in the downlink with 2x2 MIMO and 11 Mbps in the uplink. The MD8480C's air interface fully complies with the 3GPP recommendations.
Designed for testing modern wireless terminals, the MX785201A W-CDMA Protocol Test System enables Layer 2/3 signalling protocol to be tested during terminal design, integration and regression phases. The PC-based software environment is used in conjunction with Anritsu's MD8480C or MD8430A Signalling Testers allowing C or TTCN protocol test cases to be executed and results analyzed.
PTS
The ME7832A Protocol Conformance Test System is an allinclusive integrated W-CDMA UE protocol conformance test solution for test houses, UE manufacturers, and chip set manufacturers/ integrators that covers the largest number of test cases in the industry based on 3GPP TS34.123-1 for GCF/PTCRB terminal certification. Integration with the MD8480C WCDMA Signalling Tester and MX785220A Protocol Conformance Test Toolkit eliminates troublesome setup, such as cable connections, software installation, and level correction, to maximize protocol conformance testing efficiency and shorten time to market.

The ODTF-1 module can be used with Anritsu's handheld cable & antenna analyzers to make high resolution Optical DTF (Distance-To-Fault) measurements over fibre optic cables. The ODTF-1 module is primarily intended for field use by technicians and engineers responsible for the deployment and maintenance of remote radio heads (RRH). As the majority of the next generation 3G and 4G networks utilize remote radio heads and fibre links between the radio and main unit, contractors will develop a need for sweeping both RF and fibre.
The MT8221B BTS Master is a lightweight, handheld base station analyzer that provides wireless field technicians with a single test solution for installing, deploying, and maintaining today's complex wireless networks. Weighing less than 5 kg, the MT8221B BTS Master comprises a complete set of tools that includes a cable and antenna analyzer, spectrum analyzer, power meter, WCDMA/HSDPA, GSM/GPRS/EDGE and Fixed WiMAX RF and demodulation, W-CDMA/HSDPA Over the Air (OTA), interference analyzer, Bit Error Rate Tester (BERT), channel scanner, and power monitor, and a Vector Signal Generator for receiver testing. Eliminating the need for technicians to carry several instruments in the field.
Quickly and easily perform all measurements for wireless network deployment, installation and maintenance.
The MT8212E is a handheld multifunction base station analyzer that combines all the tools required to deploy, maintain and troubleshoot wireless base stations into a lightweight, battery-operated package. Integrating all this functionality in a single instrument eliminates the need to buy separate equipment for new and legacy networks, which increases efficiencies and simplifies data acquisition. Cell Master features signal analyzer options for 2G and 3G cellular networks, and WiMAX fixed and mobile networks.
