much helpful for me as I learn a lot by applying theoretical knowledge in practical field

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF ADPB (UNDP) PHASE-11
BALOCHISTAN:
I received very good direction from Ms. Shamshad Kousar (MAS), Dr.
Muhammad Azam Kakar (L.S), Ms. Ayesha Ayub (C.D. & G. S) and Mr. Dawood
Bareach (NPC), and enjoyed immense support from my colleagues. The confidence
placed in me was quite motivating and the lessons learned were rewarding indeed. People
in other sectors also have been a big help, especially Mr. Sajjad Ali, Mr. Mehboob
Khalid, Mr. Fazal Haq. To add to this, I am thankful to all the folks I met daily who
beamed me bright smiles that brightened my day.

This is final report of the Area Development Programme Balochistan (ADPB)


since inception of its second phase in July 2006. The Phase-II of the programme is spread
over four years, ending in June 2010. The period from 1st July to 31 December 2006 was
utilized for formally closing Phase-I of the programme and completing institutional
arrangement for Phase-II, such as preparation and processing of Project Document,
signing of cost-sharing agreement for phase-II between Government of Balochistan
(GoB) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for second phase of ADPB
and another agreement between ADPB and World Food Programme (WFP) and hiring
programme staff. ADPB is a multi-donor programme, funded by the GoB, UNDP, WFP
and the beneficiary communities.

The ADPB is community based area development programme, which has two
major objectives:

a) To reduce poverty in the target areas through livelihoods improvement.

&

b) To develop sustainable development models for replication.

Since livelihoods in the rural areas of Balochistan are mainly dependent upon Livestock,
subsistence agriculture and water and irrigation, hence major development interventions
of ADPB for livelihoods improvement are also in these sectors. As the programme

follows participatory development methodology, therefore launch of all interventions are
Proceeded by community mobilization through formation of Community Organizations
(COs), both for male and female beneficiaries. The programme operations are being
implemented in pre-selected Union Councils in nine districts of the province.

The programme interventions were formally launched in May 2006, after a delay of five
months due to certain procedural hiccups.

Community Development was the pioneering intervention and as per our annual work
plan it raised 320 male and female community organizations for mobilizing about 6400
households, with a population of over 40,000 people. Since active participation in
development involve actual initiation of activities by the people, hence right after the
formation of COs, the office bearers and other members were trained on objectives and
rationale of organizing themselves, techniques of participatory development, need
identification and prioritization, and ADPB’s developmental interventions and their
implementation methodologies. By the end of the year we trained over 2000 community
activists. Besides laying sub-structure for implementation of other programme
interventions, the Community Development Sector also arranged training of 206 women
on traditional birth attending services and another 140 women on cutting and sewing
skills.

As mentioned above, the main trust of the programme interventions is focused on


improving productivity of the existing agriculture and livestock sectors in the project
valleys and to scale-up their base, two activities crucial to improve livelihoods in the
rural areas. To this end development interventions in three inter-related sectors of
livestock, water and irrigation and natural resource management were undertaken with
active participation of the beneficiary communities. All major interventions were
undertaken with the communities on cost-sharing basis, ranging from 10 to 30 percent of
the cost of Interventions. In total the communities contributed Rs 5.00 million towards
the development interventions. In livestock sector, interventions were focused on
treatment/vaccination of farm animals, distribution of improved variety poultry birds and
dairy goats among poor rural women, breed improvement, capacity building and
strengthening and improving livestock extension services in the project areas.

Major interventions implemented under the water and irrigation sector included
rehabilitation of karaizes & springs, construction of lines water reservoirs and channel,
clean drinking water supply schemes and introduction of high efficiency irrigation
system. In total implementation of 49 schemes undertaken.

Under the natural resource management sector this year were constructions of water
harvesting structures (also called khuskaba bandat) to avail flood/rain water for
agriculture/cropping and installation of green houses for establishing nurseries for
introduction of improved varieties of fruit trees. Against an annual target of 300 acres, IT
constructed water harvesting structures over 430 acres, while five modern green houses
were installed in Loralai, Muslim Bagh and Kalat.

Timely availability of data and its systematic analysis is indispensable for effective
monitoring of programme interventions and to ensure achievement of qualitative and
quantitative targets of the programme.

Chapter#1 Introduction to UNDP

1.1 About UNDP

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is an international organization


and one of the agencies of United Nations Organization, established in 1965. The United
Nations Development Programmed (UNDP) is the UN’s global development network,
an organization advocating for change and connecting countries to knowledge,
experience and resources to build a better life. UNDP has a presence and an unrivalled
track-record in supporting national development efforts in more than 160 countries. Its
current priority is to help all countries achieve the Millennium Development Goals
(MDGs) by 2015. UNDP's network links and coordinates global and national efforts to
reach these Goals. Our focus is helping countries build and share solutions to the
challenges of:

• Democratic Governance

• Poverty Reduction

• Crisis Prevention and Recovery

• Environment and Energy

• HIV/AIDS

1.2 What UNDP does in Pakistan?

UNDP Pakistan supports the Government of Pakistan in finding means to reduce


poverty and promote human development for all segments of the society particularly the
poor and marginalized women. UNDP Poverty Reduction and Gender unit is working
within the framework of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) Poverty Reduction
Strategy Paper (PRSP) and the National Plan of Action for the Advancement of Women.

1.3 How communication takes place:

It sponsors innovative pilot projects, serves as a catalyst for linking global good
practices and resources to the host country; promotes the role of women in development;
provides Poverty policy support, community driven local area development, advocates on
the issue of HIV and AIDS and brings the Government of Pakistan, civil society and
other development partners together for enhanced and coordination of their efforts. It
carries out a host of interventions grouped together under the following three heads:

1.4 Pro- poor policy and advocacy

The pro-poor policy interventions influence government policies through


strengthened accountability frameworks and budgetary allocations in favor of the
disadvantaged groups and advocates for appropriate interventions to achieve the MDGs.

1.5 Community based Area Development Programme

The community based area development initiatives pilots efficient, and cost
effective and integrated rural livelihoods packages and strategies and advocates for up
scaling successful initiatives though cost sharing.

1.6 Gender Equality Programme

In UNDP Pakistan gender equality and women’s empowerment have a prominent


place in poverty reduction, due to the gender disparities present in the society. UNDP is
promoting the development of gender-sensitive policies, planning and monitoring

systems, legal frameworks, income and generation through market, skills and credit and
engendered governance.

1.7 Collaborating with Government:

UNDP Pakistan works to improve the living conditions of people through close
collaborating with all tiers of the government: federal, provincial and district with civil
society organizations, private sector and the beneficiary communities. UNDP Pakistan
provides policy and implementation support to the Government of Pakistan in the area of
women’s political participation, socio-economic development and institutional
strengthening. So the overall importance and application of communication in UNDP
based on its effective development by making its good connection with government,
Public and other agencies through telephone, internet, e-mails, advertisement, posters etc.

The major project of UNDP is Area Development Program Balochistan


(ADPB) Phase-II which is recently running in Balochistan started from July 2006 and
will end in June 2010.

Being a project of UNDP, Area Development Program Balochistan (ADPB) also


focuses on the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), which became the Slogan of
United Nations and its Agencies. So a brief overview of Millennium Development Goals
(MDGs) is necessary.

Chapter # 2: Introduction to Area Development Program
Balochistan (ADPB)

Area Development Program Balochistan is a community based program of


Poverty Alleviation & Sustainable Livelihoods with specific focus on rural poor. The
Program is being implemented in nine upland districts of Balochistan province of
Pakistan namely Musakhel, Qila Saifullah, Loralai, Ziarat, Pishin, Quetta, Mastung,
Kalat and Khuzdar. All these districts are located in upland Balochistan, and constitute
25% of the Province's total land mass and 42% of the population. Within each district,
valleys have been tentatively identified for initiating the program activities. Valleys create
a natural and social grouping of villages. The selection has been based on the criteria of
poverty, small holding, weak infrastructure, poor access to social services, potential for
integrated development and inadequate coverage by previous development efforts. A list
of the valleys where a start was made is given below.

United Nations Development Program - Pakistan, World Food Program of the
United Nations, Government of Balochistan and the beneficiary community, jointly
finances the Program.

Area Development Programme Balochistan (ADPB) Phase-II was started in


July 2006. This programme is spread over four years, ending in June 2010. The period

2006) of the programme and completing institutional arrangement for Phase-II, such as
preparation and processing of Project Document and PC-I of the programme, signing of
cost-sharing agreement for phase-II between Government of Balochistan (GoB) and
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) for second phase of ADPB and
another agreement between ADPB and World Food Programme (WFP) and hiring
programme staff.

Since livelihoods in the rural areas of Balochistan are mainly dependent upon Livestock,
subsistence agriculture and water and irrigation, hence major development interventions
of ADPB for livelihoods improvement are also in these sectors. As the programme

preceded by community mobilization through formation of Community Organizations

trust of the programme interventions is focused on improving productivity of the existing
agriculture and livestock sectors in the project valleys and to scale-up their base, two
activities crucial to improve livelihoods in the rural areas. The total cost of annual work
plan for 2008 is US$ 1,504,746, almost 40 percent over by annual work plan of 2007,
with corresponding increase in all major interventions.

2.1 Brief overview of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) set by


the UNITED NATIONS

The MDGs represent a global partnership that has grown from the commitments
and targets established at the world summits of the 1990s. Responding to the world's
main development challenges and to the calls of civil society, the MDGs promote poverty
reduction, education, maternal health, gender equality, and aim at combating child
mortality, AIDS and other diseases.

Set for the year 2015, the MDGs are an agreed set of goals that can be achieved if
all actors work together and do their part. Poor countries have pledged to govern better,
and invest in their people through health care and education. Rich countries have pledged
to support them, through aid, debt relief, and fairer trade.

2.2 How is UNDP helping?

UNDP is working with a wide range of partners to help create coalitions for
change to support the goals at global, regional and national levels, to benchmark progress
towards them, and to help countries to build the institutional capacity, policies and
programmes needed to achieve the MDGs.

Guided by the UN Core Strategy, UNDP's work on the MDGs focuses on coordinating
global and local efforts that:

Campaign and mobilise for the MDGs through advocacy;

Share the best strategies for meeting the MDGs in terms of innovative practices,
policy and institutional reforms, means of policy implementation, and evaluation
of financing options;

Monitor and report progress towards the MDGs; and

Support governments in tailoring the MDGs to local circumstances and


challenges.

2.3 MDGs: UNDP's Role

The MDGs provide a framework for the entire UN system to work coherently
together toward a common end. UNDP’s global development network on the ground in
166 countries is uniquely positioned to help advocate for change, connect countries to
knowledge and resources, and coordinate broader efforts at the country level. UNDP's
work on the MDGs is guided by the United Nations Core Strategy on MDGs and focuses
on:

Campaigning & mobilisation: Supporting advocacy for the MDGs and working
with partners to mobilise the commitments and capabilities of broad segments of
society to build awareness on the MDGs;

Analysis: Researching and sharing best strategies for meeting the MDGs in terms
of innovative practices, policy and institutional reforms, means of policy
implementation, and evaluation of financing options;

Monitoring: Helping countries report advancement towards the MDGs and track
progress;

Operational activities: Goal-driven assistance to support governments to tailor


MDGs to local circumstances and challenges; address key constraints to progress
on the MDGs

CHAPTER# 3: THE AREA DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
SECTORS

The Area development programmed has different sectors. The major sectors are.

3.1 Media &Advocacy

The media and advocacy is the sector which is always being working in any organization
as the blood.

3.1.1 Introductory orientation of ADPB Programme (overview) and management

Media & Advocacy has given me the brief introduction to ADPB programmed. I have
been informed that this programmed is the joint venture of UNDP, Gob and WFP. The
UNDP, Gob and WFP have different percent of share with Community Organization for
the implementation of different programmed at the different selected areas of Balochistan
and also told me that how the management works in different areas. The management of
this programme consists of NPD, NPC and Sector Specialist in head office of Quetta. The
programmed have three CDS’s with the assistant of M&E, Sub Engineer and Assistant
finance & Admin officer in the regional office. Those who are always involved in
developments are the Social Mobilizes 2 male and 2 female in each of the selected
districts in of the regions.

3.1.2 Familiarity With available reading material and a summary of Any Report
Present at Resource Center of ADPB

I have been familiar with the available reading material at Resource Center of
ADPB and assigned us an activity to prepare a summary of any Report, Which I have
prepared.

3.1.3 Developing Work Plan for Internship

I developed my internship my Work plan according to Work Plan I have


completed our Internship.

3.2 Documentation System of ADPB

The ADPB has a very simple and effective documentation system. Their system
has been arranged like that there is master file which has a copy of each daily transaction
and with the file for each related purpose has been also present. Example there was a file
which was related to the internees and consists of their requirements and activities shared
with sectors.

3.3 The role of Media &Advocacy (MAS)

The basic role of MAS is that to advertise introductory material with progress reports,
posters, Magazine and sign board for the development schemes etc.
The other major tasks for the MAS are the publication of Audios and Videos which are
related to ADPB and this sector is a very impressive and brings the new changes in the
program. All the related information available on the site of ADPB. The task performed
by MAS is important for an organization.

3.4 Media & Publication

Media and Publication is a support sector with a mandate to arrange publication of


programme introductory pamphlets and brochures for information of the beneficiary
communities, disseminate programme mandate and achievement to the media, general
public, donor agencies, civil society organizations and respective government
departments through posters and booklets. In addition the sector was also responsible for
compiling quarterly progress reports and maintaining coordination among all sectors at
the head office level. The detail of various promotional material published by the sector
is given in the table below.

CHAPTER # 4: HR-ADMIN-FINANCE

After the introductory stage with the MAS I have been attached with the HR-ADMIN-
FINANCE. Where the first activity was assigned to me that to read the HRM policies of
ADPB. Where we found very interesting and effective HRM policies for the employees
of ADPB.

4.1 THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OF (ADPB)

UNDP founded project is providing technical assistance, project personnel input together
with the trainings, often constitute the consequences on proportion of budget, the
recruitment of various of project personnel, this make major tasks makes a big role of
NEX.
There are different tasks of NEX.
 Project Personnel Provision Policy
This committee is responsible for the provision policy for personnel and this
committee is also working on the organizational changes.
 NEX Recruitment Committee (RC)

This committee is working on recruitment. This committee is consist of five members


 NPD
 NPC
 Specialist
 One Representative from CO (country office)
 NEX Member

When three of them favors any decision the other two has to accept.
There are different types of Terms of References (TOR), identification selecting, contract
agreement, leave provision, salary administration, and International Travel cost and
Allowances, country Travel, over time allowance, Transport, PAR (Performance

Appraisal Report), Conduct & Discipline, Termination of services (The term for the
service in ADPB is only one year), Policy of security and the statement of income Tax are
there in the HR policy of ADPB.
These all above discussed points are the base of ADPB and each point consist of different
rules and regulation that the policies should clear for all the employees who are related to
the program and the function of each is defined by the policies of ADPB In the leave
policy of ADPB. There are different leave previsions there are two monthly leave for
each employee of the UNDP (ADPB) Balochistan and the medical leave are also
specified by the ADPB. As well as the Air Travels and the other travels also been
specified in the policy. The pay rule is also very defined and clear for all type of
employees. They have specific identification for them. There is a rule for those who are
working in the overtime they will get their hourly wages decided by higher authorities of
ADPB Balochistan. Never the less there is a friendly and task related type of culture of
ADPB. There is a day care center as well for the mothers who working is the office.

4.1.1 Filing & Correspondence dispatch

The dispatch and receipt system of latter and the telephonic communication system of
ADPB I found a very good quality of dispatch and receipt system of the program. When
the latter were received by the receptionist then the copy of the latter were kept in the
daily latter master file and the latter had to be sending to the concerned authority. There
were different files for each purpose like there was a file in which the attendance was
mentioned ordered in a very best way that each one can count his attendance easily. The
telephone system or we can say the communication system was good and effective were
always been received by the recipients and the caller would have been allowed to talk
with concerned authorities to whom they had called.

Then I joined finance officer to tell us about the financial management of ADPB
Balochistan. So there I had very interesting information about the budgeting, funding
sources and the financial management of ADPB.

4.2 The Budgeting and Funding Sources

The budgeting system of ADPB is that, that they are revising there budgets every month
and allocates the expected required budget for the up coming month all the amount and
the budgets were in dollars rather than rupees if the exchange rate of dollars were
increasing so the ADPB had to clear their gain if there were decreasing in the rate of
dollars so the ADPB program is responsible for it to show the loss to ADPB.

4.3 Financial statement

The financial statements of ADPB include:

• Chart of account,
• Bank book,
• Ledger account
• Bank reconciliation statement,
• Cash count,
• Income and expenditure account,
• Fund monitoring account.
• Admin & logistics and procedures.
• We have also prepared salary sheet and statement of receipt, payments,
income and expenditures by following a question given by Mr. Sajjad Ali.

CHAPTER #5: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SECTOR

This sector has a lot of responsibilities because it is related to the communities and this
sector deals with Community Organizations. The community development is working at
the rural areas of Balochistan. ADPB Provides benefits to beneficiaries. This sector is
providing trainings, motivating and organizing them to solve the problems. This sector
also deals with Social mobilization, study to gender disparity, female protection program,
female empowerment, skill development, Community Organization and field visits,
Besides organizing and mobilizing communities for programme’s development
interventions, this sector also arranges women-specific interventions to improve access to
and quality of social services at local levels and create assets for rural women under
World Food Programme’s contribution.

5.1 Internship with Community Development & Gender Sector

SS also gave the briefing of millennium development goals (MDGs) in Pakistan.

5.2 Social Mobilization

It is the continuous process of making people aware about the changes taken place or
prepares them mentally for upcoming changes in life. It has four stages

5.3 Gender Development

I had few classes of Orientation on secular interventions by Social Sector Specialist. In


these Classes I leant about the gender “It is the social role of men and women in a
society”
Terms of gender development
• Gender sensitization workshops at community and GoB staff level
• Training of females in traditional handicrafts and small enterprises
• Establishment of community based skill centers for rural females
• Provision of sewing machines on easy installments
• Establishment of small enterprises including provisions stores
• Establishment of marketing links to facilitate sale of products from rural females
• Organization of Women Artisan Festivals SOCIAL SECTOR SERVICES
• Facilitation role – Communities have been linked to relevant departments,
programs and NGOs for services
• Participation in preventive vaccination campaigns

CHAPTER # 6: LIVESTOCK DEPARTMENT

I have been attached with livestock Specialist to have information that


what is going on the field. The goal of this sector is to improve the socio-economic
condition of the rural based resources poor livestock farmer’s through sustainable
livestock production intervention.
6.1 Objectives
• Provision of effective health cover to reduce mortality
• Training of community activists in preventive vaccination and provision of kits.
• Training of farmers and CO members in animal health care and nutrition
• Propagation of high yielding fodder varieties and supplemental feeding systems –
Urea treatment of straw, urea molasses blocks.
• Training in lamb fattening and backyard poultry as income generating activities
• Refresher training of line department staff (VOs + SAs)
• Exposure visits to livestock research and development institutions in Punjab.

6.2 Activities
The livestock provides healthy livestock to farmers of the rural based communities. This
sector is also active for the health of provided livestock, for this the sector procures and
distributed equipment and chemicals for strengthening of 11 veterinary. This sector is
conducting trainings for the beneficiaries of the programme. The livestock sector is also
taking an active role for the food of livestock. Mostly is the area where the water
resources are less, the ADPB giving them the support to help the farmers to reduce the
poverty and recently the ADPB livestock sector held a vaccination programme in Ziarat
and Lorali to protect the livestock from the seasonal diseases.

CHAPTER # 7: Irrigation &Water Supply

This sector is working on the water resources of the rural based communities to for the
elevation of poverty, to enhance the old resources and plans for the new schemes. To
provide the development schemes are the basic aim of sector this is an important sector of
the programme.

7.1 Objectives
• To improve availability and management of water for agriculture in the project
area.
• To improve drinking water and sanitation facilities in the project area.

This sector is working on the improvement of KAREZ and CHANELLS,
Construct RCC channels and RCC ponds as reservoir of water. This sector is
working to provide clean water for drinking, and searching for other energy
sources.

CHAPTER # 8: Natural Resources Management

The sector of NRM is working on natural resources. How the can the natural
resources should be used in an efficient way and top provide trainings and
awareness about the NR. I had been informed that this sector is working on Daley
action dams, stopping the water from the wastage. As the over a ll w ater s ituat io n

• To improve availability and management of water for agriculture in the project area.
• To improve drinking water and sanitation facilities in the project area

8.1 Working
This sector is an important because it is related to the critical situation of
Balochistan I have been told that this sector is working to save water from wastage
for this they constructed small dams that will be used as reservoir of water in summer
season because the summer rain in Balochistan is very less then the winter. This
sector is working to provide good and productive seed to farmer by which they can
increase their products by which the target of ADPB which is poverty elevation could
remove.

CHAPTER # 9: Swot analysis of UNDP

This section of report constitutes the SWOT analysis of UNDP.

SWOT analysis is an acronym that stands for strengths, weakness, opportunities, and
threats SWOT analysis is careful evaluation of organizations internal strengths and
weakness as well as its environment opportunities and threats.

“SWOT analysis is a situational which includes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities


and threats that affect organizational performance.”

“The overall evaluation of a company strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and


threats is called SWOT analysis.”

In SWOT analysis the best strategies accomplish an organizations mission by:

 Exploiting an organization opportunities and strength.


 Neutralizing it threats.
 Avoiding or correcting its weakness.

SWOT analysis is one of the most important steps in formulating strategy using
the organization mission as a context; managers assess internal strengths distinctive
competencies and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats.

The goal is to then develop good strategies ant exploit opportunities and strengths
neutralize threats and avoid weaknesses with an overall organizational goal is to increase
the wealth and value of the organization.

LEARNING

During my time with the ADPB-UNDP, I learned a lot about the status of women
in the Middle East, and a host of other really interesting information. However, I also
learnt the importance of initiating your own work assignments. The ADPB-UNDP had a
very horizontal way of doing things: in other words, they did not give me many work
assignments. So I had to be creative and come up with my own work projects some of
which included working with GoB and Beneficiary Communities.

During my internship I found that the ADPB is not working only for the development of
schemes but it helps the Students in a very good manner as well the culture of the
organization is really appraisable which is maintained by the employees of ADPB.

I also contributed to the development of interns profile and cataloging system for
the interns resource center at main office of ADPB-UNDP.

I have learned a lot by observing my Supervisor Ms. Shamshad Kousar.


Planning and being prepared is the key to achieving goals. While some may pride
themselves in staying back till late hours in the office to get the job done, by proper time
management and delegation of task, a lot of processes can be streamlined. When extra
effort is required, my superiors stayed back to lend a hand. I truly admire this
“Leadership by example” approach. It is quite motivating.

Listening is another important skill. I always have a lot of questions and my


Supervisors have always been patient listeners. This lent a very good rapport to our
relationship, allowing me to clearly define problems and seek advise.

CONCLUSION

During the internship I have been oriented with that how ADPB is implementing
development interventions of poverty alleviation in rural areas and selected valleys in
nine districts of Balochistan.

At ADPB was about the introduction to overall organization its style, objectives
and progress headed by (MAS). There I’ve been assigned to develop my internship Work
Plan.

After making my work plan. I joined Admin & Finance + HR department in the
supervision of Mr. Sajjad Ali who told me how to handles funds of the ADPB.there I learn
different HR policies and there implementation in ADPB (UNDP). I observed that how financial
management system receives its funding from the program partners such as UNDP, WFP and
Government of Balochistan and they also collect financial or skill share/assistance from the
community and how budgeting take place.

After getting knowledge about ADBP (UNDP) Ii join Community Development &
Gender Sector department. the Sector Specialist delivered some valuable lectures about the
Community Development, Social Mobilization, CCO Formation, Gender Dimensions in the
project, Gender Diagnosis, and women empowerment.

After that I join different sectors, NRM, Water & Irrigation, and Monitoring &
Evaluation; there I’ve been oriented about the main responsibilities of the sectors and related
interventions of Water & Irrigation and NRM. I was also oriented with the M&E sector and get
familiar with the monitoring tools and approaches toward the course correction of development
interventions. I visited the IT-GIS department of where I attended the lectures about the
Geographical Information System (GIS) and networking in the organization as well as the
maintenance of ADPB website (www.adpb.org.pk).

During the last week at ADPB-UNDP, my time was devoted to writing the internship
report for the submission in the Organization under the supervision of Ms. Shamshad Kousar
(MAS) and also attended her valuable lecture on Report Writing Skills and Communication
Skills during the last week of internship.
