I am part of the Search Monetization team of Yahoo. Organization: Dell (Feb 2006 July 2007) Designation: Search Analyst, Global E-Commerce I worked on Search Web Analytics for the customer facing Dell websites. The role was focused on trying to increase search effectiveness & relevancy. The role involved Clickstream data analysis, purchase behavior analysis, click-through rate analysis of customers who used the search functionality. I also did analysis of customers reaching our sites through Organic (Natural) to find out the effectiveness of our paid search programs and also provide data for our ongoing SEO projects in different regions. I also worked closely with the Search IT team to drive changes / enhancements in the way customer data is captured to enable a deeper level of analysis. Key Achievements @ Dell :  Was the lead analyst for all Search Web Analytics for US, Canada, EMEA and APJ  Developed metrics and analysis to track the effectiveness and relevancy of search.  Was among top 5% of analysts who were included in a Leadership Program at Dell Analytics.  Analysis for optimizing the support search site that resulted in ~ $ 5 Million cost savings.
