Work Description : RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare and consolidate well programmed for surface and subsurface operation in consultation with Sub-Surface Integrity Management (SSIM) section and Field Planners. 2. Validate well data and analyze well performance involving well head pressure and Temperature data, Base Sediment & Water (BS&W) and Gas Oil Ratio (GOR). 3. Prepare well production optimization plan to maximize well potential through gas lift optimization, gas production optimization and well first line troubleshooting and intervention. 4. Prepare well technical potential (TP) with SSIM to generate field TP based on actual well performance behavior and mechanical integrity to maximize field production level in a safe and cost effective manner. 5. Consolidate and prepare proposal for production enhancement activities covering the scope of Production department and synergize with Well Integrity Engineerings (WIE) scope and plan.

6. Facilitate the operation and maintenance of systems covering PUR and ODC at field level to support and facilitate overall custodianship role of SSIM. 7. Perform daily data integrity and quality check of ODC data input from site location both offshore fields and onshore terminal or plants. 8. Propose improvement pertaining to ODC system operation and its infrastructure stability. 9. Propose improvement pertaining to production analysis processes and participate in task force. 10. Prepare monthly well surveillance report for integration into field planning report.
