Preparation Method:

4 tbsp. lime juice 2 tsp. honey 3 apple, diced 3 kiwi, diced 3 orange, diced 1 avocado, diced 1/2 cup dried cranberries 20 Carrs whole wheat crackers or 1 graham cracker split in 4 parts 8 tsp. light strawberry cream cheese Optional sliced almonds for sprinkling

Preparation Method:
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Whisk together lime juice and honey. Place diced fruit in a bowl and toss with lime juice mixture. Place crackers on a plate and top each with 1 tsp. light cream cheese Using a slotted spoon, take 1 tbsp. of fruit salad and place on cream cheese Sprinkle with almonds (optional) and enjoy. Store remaining fruit salad, covered in the refrigerator.

6medium bananas cup Nutella 3/4 cup coconut flakes 12 raisins 18 thin pretzel sticks

Preparation Method:
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Peel and cut each banana into 10 slices. Assemble Caterpillar by spreading slices with Nutella and press pieces together. Sprinkle half the coconut over each Savannah Banana caterpillar and press lightly to make sure the coconut sticks. Dip the raisins in the Nutella and stick them onto one end of the Savannah Banana caterpillar to make eyes. Break pretzels into small pieces and press between banana slices to make legs and antenna. Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients:
Salsa 1 lb ripe tomatoes (about 4 medium) cup chopped green pepper cup chopped red onion cup lightly packed cilantro 1 small clove garlic finely chopped 1 large lime 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, black pepper & cayenne Tortilla Chips 6 flour tortilla, each 6 inches in diameter butter cup butter, separated half grated parmesan cheese 1 tbsp poppy seeds 1 tbsp sesame seeds tsp sweet paprika pinch of salt & pepper

Preparation Method:
1. Salsa cut tomatoes in half and squeeze out the seeds and chop. Add bell peppers, red onion, cilantro and garlic. Squeeze lime on the mixture and add the salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and olive oil. Mix well. Tortilla chips preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in a saucepan for 1 to 2 minutes. In a small bowl mix cheese, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, paprika, salt and pepper. Melt the other half of butter. Lay the tortillas on the cutting board and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle spice mixture on them. Bake until they are golden brown.
