QUALIFICATION INTRODUCTION

This assessment gives you an opportunity to assess individual personal strengths and development opportunities as a leader in EASUN-MR Tap Changers. The assessment questionnaire consists of a number of statements, each one being a descriptor of how work is performed. The behavioural descriptors have been grouped into clusters. Communication Knowledge Development of people Client orientation Achievement orientation Team orientation

Having a better awareness of how to do job as leader is one step toward achieving success. This , in combination with performance targets, will give us an accurate profile of individual performance .

The assessment questionnaire will allow us to see which leadership behaviours the individual using naturally and which one require development . COMPLETING THE QUESTIONNAIRE Before you decide to respond, you should try to remember examples of situations where you have demonstrated this behaviour. By doing this, you will be able to more effectively circle the appropriate number. Complete the assessment by circling the number that best describes individual behaviour using the following scale. (5) Not only demonstrated knowledge, skills, and behaviours far above that required for effectiveness in he current assignment. But also represents one of the very best examples of this behaviour that the ratter has witnessed. When completing the questionnaire, ensure that you not selected more than one rating for each behaviour. COMMUNICATION- shares information/ideas clearly and listens for understanding to promote productive work relationships.
