The art lair will begin at 6.J0 pm |ST on
January 22, 20!!, and end at the same time
on January J0. Hegistration is lree. There
are dillerent ways ol accessing the lair.
The lair has three dillerent sections lor
galleries: The Premier section galleries will
display 20 works on their 'wall', and can
keep B0 works in their 'store room', the
Lmerging section will have !0 works on the
wall, and 40 in the store room, the |ocus
section booths will leature eight works ol
one artist, with J2 in the inventory.
Users can create a tour ol the works that
they like and share it over social networking
sites like |acebook, or even via email.
You can view videos ol artists talking
about their works. The organisers also plan
to upload videos ol private collections
around the world.
A human ligure is placed next to the
works, displayed horizontally on a 'wall', to
allow the viewer to get a sense ol the work's
actual dimensions. |nstallations will be
placed on the 'lloor'.

participating galleries. You can buy a V|P
pass in case you don't receive one.
The V|P pass can be bought lrom the site.
You will have to spend $ !00 to buy the pass
lor the lirst two days, and $20 lor the
remaining six. with a V|P pass, you can
click on "price range" to lind out how much
the works cost.
You can also click on "chat with galleries".
A list ol the galleries directors will drop
down along with the languages, which they
speak. The collector can then engage in an
instant messaging chat, which can morph
into a telephone call or Skype.
All the galleries have been asked to have
at least one representative available lor at
least !2 hours a day so that they can inter
act with interested buyers. The interaction
between the buyer and the gallery represen
tative takes place in private, in the V|P
lounge.
