ABSTRACT SUBMISSION Abstracts are accepted from the following fields Medical Genetics, Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology and Microbiology. Faculty members, PG students and Research scholars are requested to submit abstracts for Oral / Poster presentation. The work should be original, unpublished and not presented in any other Conference earlier. Should not exceed 250 words excluding the title, author's name and affiliations. Should be compatible with Microsoft word 2003, Times New Roman with font size 12. Title should be in bold capitals with font size 14. Underline the presenting author's name and mention the name of the Institution. Should include the following headings Title, background, aims, materials and methods, results & conclusion. The selection of presentation as oral or poster will be decided by the scientific committee and will be intimated to the participants. The last date for receipt of the abstract is 15.02.2012. The best oral and poster presentation are entitled for prizes. The abstract should be sent by e-mail and CD with hard copy (in triplicate) by post to the conference secretariat. e-mail : abstracts@vinbasix.com

Instructions for Oral Presentation

Time allowed for oral presentation is 8 minutes with an additional 2 minutes for discussion. LCD Projectors will be provided in the halls. Presentation should be brought in CD or pen drive compatible with Windows 2003 office. Please carry a back up in case the CD is not readable. The presentation should be submitted for preview and organization, three hours prior to the presentation.

Instructions for Poster Presentation

The maximum size of the poster should be 4 feet x 3 feet. Poster should be fixed half an hour before the presentation. Presenting author should be present throughout the poster session for any discussion.
