Stress is a common problem that affects almost all of us at some point in our lives. It is the confusion created when one feels totally out of control. Stress is defined as the bodys response to situations That pose demands, constraints or opportunities, and stressor is defined as the stimulus that evokes a stress response. It happened in the university in Saudi Arabia during my first exam era, the curriculum was oversized and my experience about how to tackle exam was less than nothing. But the problematical courses were not only reason for my stress, besides; the overwhelming eagerness and irresistible enthusiasm were part of my self-oppressions. To make things worse, at the same year my father was suffering from some fatal diseases. I am someone who loves perfection and he will do much for accomplishment. My goals were not only to score high marks but to be excellent. As result, my blood pressure was high and anxiety never went away from me. Physiological consequences:

An event that causes by the body's natural fight-or-flight response. The "stress response" is what happens when the body reacts to stressors (noxious stimuli).

At that time I got some physiological problems, for example, My body becomes very slim, I lost adequate sleep, I rarely eat at the regular time, and these are some its physiological effects: - Headache, I often got this problem because of lack of rest and adequate sleep.
-

Back pain, because of unlimited time of siting which I spent usually on my books and handling homework, sometimes but not often I suffered from back pain.

- Insomnia, as we become closer to exam time, I begun to have some sleep problems. Psychological consequences: I was very worried about my success, as a result, my blood pressure was high and anxiety never went away from me.

- Lack of focus: because of psychological effect I become distracted almost on all issues unless study.
-

Forgetfulness: at that time, I used to forget many things which are not related to academic activities. For example if I undertake an appointment with a friend, I can easily forget it, that because all my focus was in reading materials not something else.

Feeling anger: at the hottest time of my first exam, it was normal to get anger from small incidents that happened around me.

Behavior consequences:

This experience had some unusual impact on my behaviors, - Limited interaction with my surroundings.
-

Relationship conflicts, the reality is, at that time I got clash between myself and my relationships behavior, I can barely focus on any of my companionship, in fact I lost intimacy

and strong interaction connectivity with my old friends as well as new one. - I change in usual style of my communication - Loss of interest in previously pleasurable activities how did I manage the situation? First I programed myself to have some time-out, taking into consideration how Saudi Arabia whether is, my timetable was flexible, it can be classified as following:
-

As soon as I get out from the class at 1.00 p.m. I dined Quigley to get in my bed, I still clinging there till 4, 00 p.m. This was very important for me, because Saudi Arabia is a desert land and it usually sunny afternoon and the heat can be unbearable.

I started to exercise habitually; my favorite time was early morning, so I can feel fresh throughout the day.

At night I sleep earlier and I try to wake up earlier.

As Muslim I tried a lot to pray with the people in the mosque especially Al-fajir prayer and after that read Quran until 7 am

Changing the university strategy:

It is very obvious that University sits a counselor to advice people who feeling stress. As I said before the source of my stress, the curriculum was oversized and my experience about how to tackle exam was less than nothing. Besides; the overwhelming eagerness and irresistible enthusiasm were part of my self-oppressions. The university strategy was annual educational system which is mean the students most enrolled in a subjects in a whole year, and that was very boring system. Suddenly they changed the strategy from annually system to semester system means student will the take subjects by semester which was very useful for student to perform in their studies. Beside that, University created friendly campus for student with modern facilities such football field, swimming pool, gym and recreational center. Also in summer, the

weather in Saudi Arabia is very hot almost 45% of temperature, University allowed students to travail early to their countries. Also they created open communication between student and leaders in university to be aware of students needs

Conclusion
Stress is a huge part of the university experience, and its something we all have to deal with in life. We dont however; have to let it get the best of us. We have to avoid stressful people and we have to eat healthy and take exercise regularly.
