Remote Viewing
The pow er to project aw areness to distant locations is an ancient ability. Psychic spying, clairvoyance, second sight and the U.S. term of remote view ing describes the ability of the energy field around man called the morphogenetic field to leave the body and go to a distant location form w hich it can transmit sensory information back to the brain by means of quantum processes. The U.S. method of remote view ing is based on six protocols developed by Ingo Sw ann. These six protocols w ere found to be very efficient at enabling remote view ing to take place. Soviet research looked into the science upon w hich remote view ing w as based. The Russians called RV biocommunication and they began exploring the biophysical nature of man. There remote view ing w as not based on the six protocols of Ingo Sw ann, but instead looked at the mechanism and science that enabled the talent of psychic spying to manifest. To compare the tw o techniques let us look at the different approaches to remote view ing.

Ingo Swann's RV protocols as researched by Tim Rifat

Stage One protocol. It w as found that if one doodled the first thing that came into ones mind after being given the co-ordinates of the RV target, the essence of the target could be seen in this ideogram. Analytical information such as I think its... w as to be strongly avoided, until the final part of the RV session. Stage Two protocol, visual and sensory data could be allow ed into ones consciousness. Discarding any analytical mental processes, the raw data of ones sensorium of RV w ith no conscious thought about w hat it may be, or may not be. Stage Three involves 'dimensionals,' in w hich an overview of RV perceptions w as put into a bigger picture, w hich could involve draw ing numerous pictures of w hat one w as RV. Stage Four protocol, in w hich he made columns and lists of the emotional impact of things that had come from the RV session. The aesthetic impact of things that had come from the RV session. Then tangibles and intangibles, that one w as aw are of in the RV target, such as 'w ooden' and 'pastoral', respectively. Analytic information could then be brought in for the final 'analytical sketch', w hich w as a coming together of all the information acquired in the RV session. Stage Five, is an in depth analytical overlay of the RV material w here it is examined w ith the rational mind Then Stage Six, w here the three dimensional representation of the target w as explored, by making models of the RV target and or moving around the target in three dimensions as if one could fly. As can be seen the protocols are very simple and show the Americans had no idea of how remote view ing w orked. The protocols are very easy to learn and the hard part comes in long practise of these techniques until they become habitual. Soviet research looked at the biophysical body. This w as found to be an energy field that could be measured by a technique called Kirlian photography. By this means the Soviet researchers could see the benefit of various techniques by looking at their effect on the biophysical field. The larger and more refined the biophysical field the more able the Soviet Psi-operator w as at remote view ing. It w as also found that a relaxed state of mind, w hich w as found in dreaming, called the theta state w as conducive to psychic view ing. To aid them in their endeavours, biofeedback w as used to allow the Soviet psychics to enter theta at w ill. Simple versions of this are on sale in the West and the one used by the U.S. remote view ers w as the Hemi-sync biofeedback machine in w hich different lobes of the brain w ere monitored against a theta frequency rhythm modulated by a 2000 Hz carrier sound to enable it to be heard. This type of biofeedback technology had been superseded by direct interaction w ith the brain using

autovisualisation on the brain stress system. Once the theta state and the biophysical field have been brought into ones aw areness, Soviet-style remote view ing is possible. The biophysical field is projected outside of the physical body and is charged by a psychotronic generator or a pow er spot such as Stonehenge. Energy is sucked up by the biophysical body w hich empow ers it to carry out remote view ing of distant locations. Once energised and in the theta state, the remote view er is capable of carrying out biocommunication, the Russian version of remote view ing, w hich since it is based on the science of how remote view ing w orks is by far the most effective method on the planet.
