C# Developer
Main responsibilities
Participate in the development of critical components used in wide spread of software products Responsible for the technical design of the software Take part in high-level planning and assist Product Owner in breaking down the deliverables into detailed plans Contributes to planning and design decisions for products which use the teams component deliverables Proactively collaborates with the Product Owner to ensure that the changes in expectations and requirements are met in the final products Escalates any issues or risks in order to guarantee the deliverables.

Successful Candidate Possesses an in-depth knowledge of the main technologies which are used (C#, NET Framework 3.5-4.0) Strong analytical skills Good understanding of Unit Testing and TDD Good knowledge of software development technologies, platforms and frameworks Good understanding of software development design patterns Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline 3+ years experience in software development Able to communicate with management and team peers effectively, able to understand and interpret business priorities Upper-intermediate English skills Some experience of using Scrum or other Agile development methodologies preferred.

Mid Java Developer


We are looking for a Mid Java Developer that will be responsible for the new and further development of SaaS applications by combining new technologies and proven scalable solutions.

Requirements
At least 3+ years of experience as a Java software developer Passion to design and code Obsessed about quality Experience in building web application using Java technologies and common architectural patters Good algorithms skills and pattern thinking Excellent J2SE skills with multithreaded applications J2EE technologies, JAX-WS, REST, Unit testing, Test Driven Development Can take ownership of tasks Ajax & JavaScript libraries (jQuery, ExtJS, etc.), HTML, CSS Layouts Experience with both SQL and NO SQL databases Spring, Hibernate, SQL dialects and relational databases Groovy & Grails are a BIG plus Active contributor to open source projects is a plus Java Certification (Sun, Brainbench) is a plus Is convinced that Move fast and break things is a tip for innovation Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

Mid QA Automation
We are looking for QA Automation/ SDET Developer that will be responsible for the new and further testing of SaaS applications. SDET is a developer that writes software with the purpose of testing other software. As a SDET you will be empowered to assess quality and assist all aspects of the Engineering team. You will create code for automated test cases and the frameworks to execute and report them. There will be a strong emphasis on improving the automation framework, developing test cases and performing different type of testing.

Requirements
At least 3+ years of experience in Software Testing Familiar with at least one programming language, ideally Java SQA Lifecycle Activities Good understanding of the following concepts: Automated Techniques, Functional, Integration, Regression and Unit Testing Familiar with methods of testing like black box, dynamic, static and white testing Experience with test automation tools and scripted testing ISTQB Certification is a plus Is convinced that Move fast and break things is a tip for innovation Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Can take ownership of tasks

UI Developer
We are looking for UI Developer that will be a critical member of a small engineering team developing a highly scalable server-side enterprise software product.

Successful Candidate
2+ years of experience as a Software Enginner Experience in building and delivering Enterprise Web Applications Strong knowledge of Java, JEE, and relational databases Strong knowledge of computer systems, algorithms, databases Experience with web technologies; ASP, JSP Experience with web security protocols and methodologies Experience with server-side enterprise software, and 3-tier architectures Familiarity and/ or experience with the following is a plus: Content Management Systems, JEE Application Servers, Rational ClearCase, Oracle DBMS, XML, Web Programming, Web Services, .NET Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent required

Responsibilities
Assisting in the overall UI design of the software Integrate new technologies and methodologies into the product interfaces Implementing user interaction designs created by User Experience designers Design, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of software components, UIs, and integration modules Ability to take general corporate-wide recommendations and apply them to individual products Interacting with the sales and consulting teams where appropriate to help win new customers and make existing customers successful with the software Analyze and diagnose performance and scalability issues on 3-tier software platforms; be able to quickly understand and utilize popular load-testing tools

Development Manager
We are looking for a Development Manager that will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the delivery of a product or set of products, and for delivering a best-in-class integrated solution for those products.

Successful Candidate
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related discipline Excellent proficiency in English Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and writing skills Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions, and be able to work with minimal supervision 3+ years experience managing development teams including product design, development, test, product release, maintenance and retirement are required. Experience with technical communications and user experience are a plus Excellent strengths in time management and organization skill with an aptitude toward creative problem solving Experience working with distributed engineering teams, coordinating the successful delivery of product releases meeting quality objectives and customer requirements

Key areas of responsibilities


The Development Manager guides the development team, working closely with other engineering teams comprised of members from Quality Assurance, Technical Communications, Product Owners, User Experience, and Project Management to deliver to product roadmap and quality goals. Development managers are also personnel managers, with focus on growth and enabling of the development teams to meet the technical requirements of building world class software products.
