Cucumber Rain R e f r e s h e r 2 oz Rain organics Cucumber Lime vodka 4 oz Sweet/Sour Mix 1 oz Ginger ale (Fever-Tree) Serve with ice in tall glass Garnish with cucumber Rain Spa-tini 1 oz Rain organics Cucumber Lime vodka 4 oz Cranberry Juice Serve chilled and up Garnish with lime and/or cucumber slices Spa Mint-tini 2 oz Rain organics Cucumber Lime vodka oz fresh cucumber juice or cucumber slices Juice from a -slice of lime oz basil mint simple syrup Basil mint simple syrup: 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1/8 cup fresh basil 1/8 cup fresh mint Basil mint simple syrup: Combine water, sugar, basil and mint into a sauce pan and bring to a boil for one minute. Remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain out basil and mint using cheesecloth or an extra-fine strainer. Cucumber juice: Use a juicer, or puree cucumber in food processor or blender, and strain through fine mesh strainer. add two slices of fresh cucumber to shaker prior to muddling. In a shaker, add lime juice, basil mint simple syrup and cucumber juice or cucumber slices. If using cucumber slices, muddle ingredients. add Rain organics Cucumber Lime vodka and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Seaside Rain 1 oz Rain organics Lavendar Lemonade vodka 2 oz Grapefruit Juice 2 oz Cranberry Juice Garnish with lemon and/or blueberries Misty Rain 1.5 oz Rain organics Lavender Lemonade vodka 1 oz basil mint simple syrup -slice of lime 8 sprigs of mint Ice Fresh lemon mix or sour mix Soda water Basil mint simple syrup: 1 cup water 1 cup sugar 1/8 cup fresh basil 1/8 cup fresh mint Combine water, sugar, basil and mint into a sauce pan and bring to a boil for one minute. Remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain using cheesecloth or an extra-fine strainer. Fresh lemon mix: 6 cups water 2 cups sugar 4 cups fresh or bottled lemon juice Fresh lemon mix: Combine water and sugar in a sauce pan over high heat until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, add to lemon juice and stir. In a pint glass, muddle lime, mint and basil mint simple syrup. add Rain organics Lavender Lemonade vodka. Fill glass with ice and top with equal parts lemon or sour mix and soda water. Shake and pour back into pint glass.
