Lotus Domino Designer software is freely available to all developers at ibm.com/developerworks/lotus. Each developer who will build and deploy applications with Lotus Domino Designer software in a Lotus Domino or Lotus Domino Express environment must have a Lotus Domino Enterprise CAL. Existing Lotus Domino Designer customers will be converted to this new offering at Software Subscription and Support renewal.
