Different voting mechanisms select different candidate as a winner of the contest according to this data. 1-) Plurality Voting : Plurality voting will end up choosing Russia with five twelves.In 26 countries.The other close results are given below Turkey = 4 Belgium = 3 Norway = 3 Iceland = 2 Spain=2

2-)Borda Voting: Contest voting datas already give Borda voting result ( Turkey wins with 167 points ). And if we delete any country that is not chosen, the borda result will not change. As a result, independence of irrelevant alternatives (IIA) is not violated.

I will use first four place countries in analysis due to the fact that applying 26 countries in analysis disables getting result without using special computer programs.The adjusted form of data is given below:

3-) Condorcet Voting: If we compare choices between pairs, we will get those results: Turkey Russia : Turkey = 12 Russia = 11 ; Turkey wins Turkey Belgium : Turkey = 13 Belgium = 11 ; Turkey wins Turkey Norway : Turkey= 15 Norway = 9 ; Turkey wins Russia Belgium : Russia- Norway : Russia = 13 Belgium = 11 ; Russia wins Russia = 16 Norway = 8 ; Russia wins

Belgium Norway: Belgium = 14 Norway = 9 ; Belgium wins To get better results, I compare the contest winner(Turkey) with all of the other countries in pairs,and I get same result Turkey wins against all of the countries in pairs.
