GRACE: GRACE (Gowdanar Receivables And Collections Engine) A integrated software products that provide a total management system for retail, Bankcard and private label credit processing. The Collections System is one of the sub systems in GRACE and it is designed to provide flexible workflow solutions for collection activities along with the capabilities of tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of collection strategies. Collection System: The Collections system is a Multi organization, multi product application which is designed to categorize and treat accounts that need special handling, primarily to handle past-due accounts, it can be used to track and analyze other groups of accounts that may or may not need actual treatment. These groups may include VIPs, lost or stolen cards, over limit accounts, and bankruptcy cases. Collection system offers flexible collection strategies based on how customer sets the control record parameters. Master Menu: This is one of the Primary things in the Collection system which is primarily designed to give the links for all the subsystem in the way of inquiry, maintenance, addition/deletion, transactions, and history for all the records which are maintained in collection system. Classification Module: This is one of the sub-modules in the Collection system which is primarily designed to build the functionality to set and classify the record which is present in GCOL system.
